The hotel is run down, rooms smell, linens are old and dirty, and the mattress has hard patterns in it. Wouldn’t at all recommend. Only positive was food which was good and staff was decent

Not a good room even tv and other component not working. Staff is not provide services but they told i will do it sir. But didn't.

The property was decent but the room service was very slow. We had to wait for new towels and bedsheets for around 45 minutes. We were there for 4 days and they cleaned the room only once. The food was good. A good place to stay for a short trip.

Room service is bad, i asked multiple time to arrange two plates as i want to have dinner. But they never came back. Rest hotel is good.

Overall experience is fine, complain is i found cleanliness issue there. Dirty bedsheet with lots of hairs here and there. I booked for 1690-. In which i found nothing, my towel of hotel was smelling little. But reception staff was gud. I asked for kettle for hot water they provided me. Hotel location 10/10, reception staff 10/10, cleanliness 2/10.

I found this property on makemytrip app, and got good discount over it. My experience of stay is quite well, the property was easy to locate as it is near to gwalior railway station, the room was clean and o dour free and the staff was very nice and attentive. Overall its a good find in this price range. Improvement that can be done 1. Slippers, hand towel, bodywash can be provided in the bathroom.

Poor responce from the team and lacking hospitality. Location was good and food was also ok. It took me 2 hours to deliver an ice cream

Had a good stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helped me with queries about getting around the city. One of them even dropped me at the fort in the morning. The location is also convenient and relatively calm.
