Check in and cheque out time was 11 am but when i reached the hotel at 8 a. M. For check in my room then the hotel manager asked me for extra money.

Booked 2 beds but they say it’s standard and will get only one bed it’s not good inside the room preety small and they take 30 dollars for it

If one want stay there is no problem but don't expect service and food, as they will feed only what they have and not as per customer demands. Apart staffs who render service they expect that they should be paid extra as they are rendering extra service to you

Very old hotel and no renovation as such. There is no minimum required items like complementary water bottle (at least 1, bathroom items. Intercom is not working. I went to reception at 11:30 pm for water and they were no friendly to attend my request as kitchen was closed.

Basic amenities not provided
tissue paper, dental kit, shampoo were not provided. Breakfast was not satisfied

Fine location, bit expensive go easy ethnic foods, well-equipped amenities but a bit unresponsive service which requires attention from the management. The most satisfying experience is of-course the location where you can find everything around.
