It was nice stay the all hotel staff is very politely and specially thanks to front office staff to make my comfortable stay here I will recommend to you this is place where you can enjoy your stay.........................................

Just Awesome and must try food here.The head chef Raman Sharma and his crew are really brilliant at their work in other words the breakfast the lunch and the dinner are really well. Must visit property

I with my family booked 2 rooms with Breakfast for 2 days. We got a cold welcome at the hot , smelly & dusty reception , because the aircon wasn't working & renovation work was going on. The ordeal did not end here , this was just the beginning , the rooms had a stink of the old & damp walls , I immediately asked for a room change but all the rooms (atleast the ones shown to me) were in the same condition. Being a member of the Radisson Hotels I called up the customer care for cancellation but the executive said" I can't cancel or help since you have already checked in" . I never expected this kind of room else I would have asked for a tour of the hotel before checking in. There was a cramped car parking in the 2nd Basement with open sewage channels. The breakfast was the biggest disaster lack of cleanliness , hardly any options , only egg for non-veg , empty casseroles , stale & tasteless food. This hotel & its staff is a stinker on the reputation of Radisson.

Rooms are very nice. Employes here are very friendly like prasanjit. Food is also delicious.Overall services are very good. Therefore overall experience of park inn hotel is very nice I stayed for 13 days here and kind off felt like awesome.

Literally the coziest,cleanest and the perfect place to visit with your friends or family.Big,spacious, perfect and clean rooms.Very supporting and coordinating staff.They also serve very good breakfast. Prasenjit was very nice and humble.

Very nice ambience and service. Enjoyed my whole stay. Lovely staff and very nicely served everything. Prasenjit is one of the workers very nice spoken and served everything in room related to all stuff kindly. Overall had a great experience

The hotel has a undeniably beautiful interior. Everything here is great, the food, the view, the facilities, the staff especially the room service person Mr. Prasanjit. Thank you for the best service. This is the best hotel I stayed into so far.

The house keeping department is so polite and good, Mr. Utpal Kumar did the house keeping of my room and he is so polite, professional and experienced, He silently came to my room and did the house keeping, so overall the experience was good 👍
