Hotel is very good. Good service. Rooms can be a little better.

Our stay at Golden suits Gurugram was wonderful! The rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was also fantastic, close to many attractions. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet and the relaxing atmosphere of the pool area. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and memorable stay. One of master-chef Mrs Deepa prepared very good delicious omelet and very tasty n yummy n friendly with served to my family. Thanks to all

Location was superv & food was awesome.all Good & hospitality was great.Deepa was good chef & perform her duty very efficiently.Moreover all the staff of this hotel was very helpful. I really enjoy our stay in this hotel. I really love this place & hospitality of their staff specially Deepa.

Experience wasnt good. I called the reservation and spoke to guy called Naveen saidawat and perhaps another gentleman naveen Jha and I wanted 2x rooms for the family, we negotiated and agreed 4 thousand per room per night and it total of 8000 total. When i visited there I was told that 8000 rs is the cost of 1 room per night and i was shocked to see this last minute surprise, 8000 get me a room in a 5 star hotel in Ggn and why would I stay in 3 star room? I confronted and asked to cancel my booking and their well tested strategy after a scam was to negotiate and I ended up paying 12000 in total and I had my flight next day and I would have lost 8k that i paid so I paid another another 4k without any options. Rooms where we stayed had stains on the floor and i asked them to change it, bathrooms were not super clean and I could smell mold. Breakfast was ok and girls serving in the breakfast area served us well. Naveen saidwat is Jha both the cheaters in this hotel and it’s a scam. I scares me thinking that paid 12k for a hotel which is in gwal pahari towards Faridbad completely away from amenities and I was fooled in these scums

We booked the hotel for new years night excellent hospitality we all injoyed the gala dinner which was extended till next day breakfast yet another gala layout n above all the personal hospitality by manger Mahesh sir n chef Deewane lal was too good They helped us for smooth serving thruout

It was lovely wedding at Golden Suites Hotel memorable experience. Excellent venue for the wedding. We had Haldi function at pool it was fabulous views and decor. Delicious food and amazing hospitality by the F&B service staff specially Devendra Ji and Rahul.ji
