Located just 2 miles from downtown (walk/bike/CX ski on the trail along Slate River into town) and 4 mile drive to base of Mt. Crested Butte. Open floor plan with vaulted ceiling. Real wood burning fireplace and fully loaded kitchen. Maintained walking paths throughout community and short walk to cross country skiing/ hiking/ biking trails (Upper Loop, Strand and Teo). Beautiful views of Mt Crested Butte and Whetstone Mountain from every window. Please note: * Crested Butte is a rural mountain community - wifi is available but can go out sometimes * You must be able to climb stairs to access this property *Guest’s PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED per the HOA. Please leave your pets at home. *SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED per the HOA *twin air mattress and bedding available About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Please PARK in spot #8. We loved this condo! It was quiet, peaceful, and in great condition. The decor was very nice, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Also the owners were very responsive to our needs and easy to contact. We definitely plan to stay here again!

First time in Crested Butte We had a great stay. The property was clean and decorated very cute. The neighborhood was very quiet but offered nice trails for walking and the golf club was very nice. This community was also very convenient to downtown Crested Butte. We would recommend this property.

Second stay just as good as the first! Our stay this year was as enjoyable as our first stay here last year. Perfect size, just as advertised. Wonderful, responsive hosts!

Christmas in CB Great stay overall! The condo was spacious with excellent views and a fantastic location. Streaming options were great with access to all major apps. The only issue was a smoking oven due to old food and grease, but the owners took care of us. We had a wonderful Christmas in Crested Butte!

Great Crested Butte condo We had a great stay at the condo, it was just perfect for two older people. It was very clean and well furnished and decorated. We had everything we needed for our stay and would definitely come again. We highly recommend this condo with the beautiful views of the mountains.

Perfect! This condo was the PERFECT home base for our Crested Butte adventures. The condo is clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated, well equipped, and super QUIET! It is in a very nice residential neighborhood, just a few miles from town. Emily and Troy are superb hosts. Communication was great and always timely. We would definitely rent this home again without hesitation. Thank you Emily and Troy for sharing your home with us!

CB stay All was very good. Had a couple occasions to communicate with property manager who was exceptionally helpful. For a summer stay it was very convenient.
