Bright House@gungahlin Town Center

2 night stay Was a great size place and plenty of beds to choose from. Could of had more cooking facilities. Was nice and tidy. The showers could have been cleaner (mould) and under the beds had rubbish. But over all was nice and comfortable to sleep.

Mediocre Bare minimum provided which made it challenging in a house that says it caters for 14 people. Not enough cutlery and cups or kitchen utensils to properly cook or prepare meals. 1 garbage bag and tea towel provided, empty hand soaps in bathroom. It seemed the property had been closed up for a while as it was dark and musty on arrival, lawns and gardens overgrown. Not a great first impression. The house was large and could easily accommodate 12, it’s always hard to find places that can do that. Towels, linen, kitchen utensils were all very old and low quality. Couches, carpets and blinds stained which gave the impression of it not being clean.Compared to other Stayz, it’s the bare minimum so be prepared and pack everything you might need. In my opinion, a little disappointing at that price point. Easy communication and check in process. Easily accessible. Lots of parking. Close to shops.
