The experience here was excellent be it in terms of stay or food both were equally good. The staff here was super cooperative and friendly and thankyou guys for exceptional hospitality! Aaqib Mudasir Asif Hilal Irfan Saleem Glad i choose this property!

Very nice, pretty ambience. Had a good experience over all. Breakfast was amazing and staff very polite and respectful. Good for short business stays or family. Everything was aesthetically pleasing and clean. My family including senior parents had a comfortable experience. Just what you would expect from a good hotel chain.

The room service and the food were amazing the room service provided the service within few minutes of vall the the food and tea were a must try here and the staff were too amazing and were Junaid. Ishfaq. Sajad and it was the service wass tok good

Very nice and polite staff. Rooms were very clean and maintained. Food was also good , dosa was very tasty. Kehwa is must to try. But distance from the city centre was almost 10 kilometres. Very near to airport hardly takes 10 minutes to reach.

It is our very nice experience. We wanted food without onion and garlic so the staff took care about it very nicely. The room service was also very good. Rooms are clean and all facilities were very comfortable. Staff is very polite and helpful.

We stayed for one night at Sarovar Portico, Srinagar. It was a very pleasant stay. The checkin experience was smooth and friendly. Infact, we had booked two rooms - a double room and a studio. But the studio room was upgrarded to double room even with single occupancy. Also, while our booking did not include complimentary breakfast, the reception staff was kind enough to provide it for us. The property is quite well maintained and the best part is its location which is very close to the airport on the main road.

The hotel is very very good we had a comfortable stay especially from the front desk staff Mr farooq he is very gentle and gave us smooth checkin and food was also good surely we will suggest to come and experience this stay we will definitely recommend
