Red Roof Inn Gulfport - Biloxi Airport

This Hotel was very dirty!! Plus at breakfast the serving utensils were dirty!!

The price I paid for the room was quite nice. The only thing was that after hours the lobby was closed, and to check in its thru bell. And I had to wait outside while she filled out some paper work. It was cold outside. Other than that, clean room, it had many places around where you can get a bite to eat.

They put a chain smoker next to me and I woke up around 11pm to a smoked fill room and a headache! I called the front desk several times before they answered. They offered to move me, but I was already in bed. Frustrating. There should be signs that say smoke away from the building especially if the rooms are supposed to be smoke free.

Toilet wouldn't flush they never sent maintenance ask for hand towels to bath they only had 1 when they finally brought to me . Bathroom floor was dirty. No stopper for tub

They didn't have hand towels I had to call them and about 30 later showed up. And said they only had one. No garbage cans. Toilet barely flushed. No stopper for the tub. And bathroom floor was dirty

First, the jacuzzi tub DID NOT work and they wouldn't switch us to a room that did. Second, they knocked on our door at 9 am. Check out is 11. The 3rd day, we were having issues with our card because someone had stolen it so due to the fraud, it's a hassle to transfer money and such. The lady at f.d. tells us 5 minutes. It's only 11:15 and not even 1 minute later she tells us we have to go and gets on the walkie and says "I don't know what games they're trying to play. They know they don't have any money." And our room was paid not even 20 minutes later. That was beyond rude and degrading.

Although reasonably clean, room had rusty lamps, 1 non-working lamp, and poor electrical work for sockets (missing cover plates, loose sockets).

My room was filthy found roaches in the bathroom ac was not working & was filthy but the guy at the front desj was very kind & put us in a different room that was satisfactory for the night

The hotel is for ************ and substance abuse users. It was filthy and dirty. They claim no smoking but the room smelled of smoke. The furniture was soiled. It was horrible. The lights were completely out in the back of the building. Trash was was everything. Horrible experience.
