With only 36 units, and 6 units per floor, you will enjoy this low density, family friendly complex. THE SPACE: Enjoy this updated condo nestled right on the beach. The living room is spacious and comfortable with a slider to the balcony. The kitchen is fully stocked with both a Keurig and regular coffee makers. For dining, there is room for 6 at the table and 4 at the kitchen bar. The master bedroom has an ensuite full bath with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom hosts the stacked washer and dryer. The third bedroom has bunk beds for the little ones. The second bath in the hall features a tub/shower combo. There are smart TVs in the living room and all bedrooms. Please note that the TVs in the unit are Smart TVs. Cable is not included and guests will need to login to their own streaming/cable services through the TV's many apps. Wi-Fi and cable are complimentary! Located near the elevator, carts are available for unloading your gear. This unit has a washer and dryer. However, a clean, credit card operated laundry center with washers and dryers is located on each floor. *Parking passes are purchased at booking. *Max 2 vehicles. *Must be 25 years of age to book, proof of age is required. *No-smoking in the unit or on the balcony. *No pets. *No parties. *No boats or trailers allowed. *A starter set of paper products is provided. *Beach towels are not provided. THE AREA: You will be in the heart of Gulf Shores, conveniently located near restaurants, entertainment, and shopping. Visit The Wharf in Orange Beach, Tanger Mall Outlet stores in Foley, or OWA Amusement Park.
