Amazing This hotel is a real gem,  a modern efficient and comfortable hotel right near the speed train station. The location is excellent. We stayed three nights. U Checking in was easy, and the staff were genuinely happy to help and answer questions about services.  The room was of excellent quality,  and very clean,  beds comfortable. A robot delivered a complimentary fruit platter shortly after reaching the room. Highly recommend the breakfast option. It was varied and a good mix of Chinese and Western options.  Staff are very helpful, friendly, and courteous in all of the various roles. Special mention to Xuanxin and  Xiangya on the front desk who provided 5 star service and went out of their way to assist. Hotel management is clearly interested in making guests' experiences at the hotel great  After 8 days of travel we really needed to attend to our laundry. Again, a staff member assisted in loading 3 of the 4 washer/dryers with our clothes. The result was excellent, albeit allow some time for heavy items such as denim jeans as they are not fast commercial machines. My partner helped with the language issues however most critical items have English text or cards that an app can easily translate. Staff will aso take the time to assist. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel as a top choice for service, value and quality.

The hotel is very new. Good service. Fresh rooms. Good price to quality ratio. Nearby the Guiyang North Railway Station. Not far from the center.

The hotel is opposite to Guiyang North station. The AI butler in room could open/ close curtain, turn on/off lighting, air-conditoon, TV, etc with voice command. It even responded to Goodbye! The breakfast is superb, facilities well kept and the bed is very comfortable. The staff work as a team to provide good hotel service. The young and service-oriented team always reach out with great enthuiaism and proactive initiative. That is the distinctive culture of the hotel. Special mention goes to manager, 黄珊 and 小周 who took extra effort to ensure and arrange for our transportation and tour needs respectively。The breakfast team ushered guests to table instead of leaving guests to work things out. DIY laundry services is free. Based on our DIY travelling style in the last 3 decades in different parts of the world, the hotel is definitely on our highly recommended list.

Highly recommend this hotel for the staff excellent service especially the front desk lady named 同心 who goes beyond her duty to help me despite her "off-day" and she provided good advice for my travel around the city. She also helped me to arrange for a day trip to 百里杜鹃 and even helped me to get refund for my taxi from the travel agent. The pick-up and fetch limousine service to and from the 贵阳北站 is fast and convenient and the driver is very handsome and nice. I will definitely stay here again if I come to Guiyang again.

One of the better hotel operator in this area. Many high tech gadgets. Voice activation to control lights and AC if you speak Mandarin. Auto toilet flushing after use. 15 minutes walk from train/metro stations. Hired has free shuttle. Breakfast OK. Not much to do or see around.

Not very good. It was near the real way station. Easy to travel.

I’m impressed with the service staff, especially the staff at the breakfast and hotel reception. On 26 May I purchased 2 breakfast, however my friend didn’t make it for the breakfast, he may be late for his high speed rail. On 27 May I asked the staff at the breakfast counter whether I could use the un-utilised breakfast showing them the receipt. Service staff Ms 魏 acceded to my request, a very good example of a good service provided by a human which I believe a AI robot could have rejected my request. Well-done and this hotel is highly recommended!

Receptionist was very helpful, room was clean and the location was perfect as just next to Guiyang North Railway Station. Free transport to the Railway Station was available

New hotel, modern design, great breakfast and good service! Quite a long and confusing walk from the train station. Complimentary transfer to the train station is available though. Building consisted of multiple tenants/ hotels, and is therefore rather messy. Our room was upgraded, but it reeked of smoke and had a noisy air con. Fortunately, the front office staff (Bian Yu) was professional and proactive in resolving these problems.

New hotel, clean with good facilities. Only one staff can speak English, but they tried their best to help. Send off to Guiyang North railway is very useful.

The hotel offered car transfer to GuiyangBei Station, which was very helpful. The room is very comfortable and has a nice view.

New and nice. Very close to North rail station. Foot spa next door was super nice too.
