Location can not be any better, with a really Jolie view right on the elephant trunk mountain. Great breakfasts, staff, excellent room

I picked this hotel because his location is face directly to the elephant mountain. The service and facilities are excellent but the breakfast is kind of simple. According to the price, they should add more choices for breakfast. The staff are trying to do a good job, I saw they have a training class for English. However, details need to do care. For example, a guy in the breakfast restaurant who coughing all the time but never cover his mouth. I stayed for 5 nights, I saw him every time. For them, they don't realize that is a problem.

When I went to the hotel ,the staff were very friendly and polite,makes the guest feel at home,this is very good .The hotel location is fantastic,just close to Elephant Trunk Hill and Li River。

Nice hotel, offers afternoon tea and the breakfast is good. We only had WiFi on the first night and on the last day so that could've been better, maybe this is standard for Guilin.

Great service from the staff. They are extremely friendly. The hotel is also in a great location. The only minor issue is that I had to request for air-conditioner to be turned on to use it. The room was really stuffy and warm even during winter so the air-conditioner is necessary. Great view from the bistro.

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff that speaks English. Lovely breakfast with Western and Chinese buffet options as well as freshly made Guilin noodle soup. The restaurant has a beautiful view on Elephant Trunk Hill.

Overalls good experience, rooms were clean and comfortable, very nice location, more English speaking staff wouldn’t be bad especially in the restaurant.

This was one of the nicest hotels we stayed at on our trip. The view of the elephant rock from the restaurant roof is to die for! The breakfast and Al’a carte menu were both excellent. The rooms were fantastic and clean. The whole hotel was really well designed and could be reached easily on foot from many of the best attractions.

The location of the hotel is absolutely fantastic! It is right across the Elephant Trunk Hill and you can get nice view from the balcony of their restaurant on the sixth floor. We booked a dinner there and the food was excellent! We also enjoyed the beautiful day and night views of the river and Elephant Trunk Hill while having our dinner. The late summer breeze makes the whole experience even better. Highly recommend it!

The greeting at reception upon arrival was warm and friendly. The team spoke wonderful English and were really accommodating and friendly. I was travelling with my parents and the team were very kind to them and gave them a warm welcome to Guilin which even included a complimentary birthday cake for my father! The location of the hotel was excellent. The views from the top floor of the “elephant trunk” really are excellent, as were the views from our rooms. Breakfast was a good buffet and a mix of western and Chinese food. The Chinese food menu was definitely more exciting than the western options, but both were good and well enjoyed. The service team were very nice and were able to accommodate special dietary requests. I would definitely recommend.

We had a 2 night stay in this hotel. Our room on the 5th fl was good sized, clean and well furnished. Just wished the safe box in the cupboard is bolted down, but as it was removable, we did not use it. The location of the hotel was great and within walking distance to some key tourist parks and to the pedestrian street / night markets. And, of course, the views from the 7th floor is amazing!

Bad bad bad wifi. Internet connection was so slow even u change wifi many times. Good location. There is a rooftop bar with good view. Not recommend for business bcoz the wifi is so bad

Perfect location to start a city trip in guilin. Very helpful staff. Wonderful view from the roof terrace.
