Great hotel, great location, great services! From reservations to checking, all staffs are helpful , knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Rooms are very clean, great shower and free drinks in fridge. Breakfast has lots of varieties with Chinese and western selections, great coffee! Vicky at breakfast area are fantastic, she’s so welcoming we look forward to see her every morning. We also use the concierge to book our Yangshuo trip, fantastic stay with amazing services! Definitely return.

We are a family of 5 traveling from overseas . We absolutely enjoyed the stays at the hotel . The service was amazing and the food quality is great particularly in the city that is hard to find high quality food . I was working in the lobby at one of the late nights and i ordered congee from outside the hotel , and the hotel staff got me some Chinese nibbles from their kitchen that went great with my congee takeout. Great service that is completely out of my expectation. Thank you ! They also have a branch in yang shuo in the middle of the landscape with great bolognese that my three kids enjoyed a lot. Also, the choices of art pieces and furniture , outfit all went well with the hotel visual style, and it’s a quality stay with great care, good choice of design and arts and heritage, and good choice of food. Thank you Thank you for the souvenirs before we left that were also thoughtfully prepared to extend the pleasure.

A very well designed and curated boutique hotel. Well located with scenic views of river and mountains. Many activities provided by the hotel. Good place to stay be it couple or family. Excellent services provided by the staff, they are service oriented. Restaurant in the hotel is good too with spectacular view of the nature. Room is nicely decorated and clean. Comes with plenty of amenities.

The hotel staff is incredibly helpful. They all take a good care of us. The room is beautifully decorated and has so many gift to offer us, the breakfast is delicious and Staff are very helpful for helping us plan the trip even after their working hour and they also take a good care of us on taking us around Guilin. It is such a memorable trip and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to visit Guilin ☺️💛

Quiet location on the banks of he Lijiang River. Very helpful staff at reception and a comfortable room. Good views from the 6th floor restaurant over the river and the surrounding area. Would definitely recommend.

Fabulous hotel and service. Staff are very attentive and considerate, offering help and guidance throughout our trip. The room itself was great, with fantastic view, comfortable bed and available amenities. Location is also ideal, within walking distance la to many of Guilin tourist spots. Would highly recommend the hotel to friends and family and would not hesitate to stay here again!

I had a fabulous stay. The staff were very helpful and courteous. I had fun doing the photo shoot. The location was perfect, near to lots of the scenic spots and the shopping area. The food at the restaurant was excellent and it was lovely to be able to sit outside and enjoy the view.
