The location is very good and the room is very nicely decorated. We enjoyed the afternoon tea and were very happy with the service.

We stayed here for 1 night and thoroughly enjoyed it. The room was clean, big and spacious, and did not smell of smoke. It was quiet through the night. I loved the design of the hotel room, the light blue theme with the wood, and the tea set in the room was a nice addition. There are lots of lights to choose from in the room to create the perfect ambience. We had to leave the hotel at 7am so couldn’t enjoy the buffet breakfast, but the hotel kindly arranged a packed breakfast for us which consisted of bread, boiled eggs, bananas, sweet potato, sweetcorn and milk. The location of the hotel is super convenient and given how close it is to the main streets, we were surprised how quiet the room is! The shampoo and shower gel also smelt sooo nice and luxurious.

**5-Star Review** We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel in Guilin! From the moment we arrived, the staffs (秀秀，小燕子，坤坤 have went above and beyond to ensure our every need was met. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, always willing to lend a hand. We were particularly impressed by their extra efforts to assist us during our stay. For example, they kindly carried our luggage to our room and even helped us transport it to our next hotel when we took the bus to the jetty. The hotel's location is also unbeatable - it's just a short walk to the popular DongXi street (东西街）, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast buffet is delicious, and we loved the daily afternoon tea service. The room itself is huge and spotlessly clean, with lovely bathroom amenities that made us feel pampered. We also appreciated the convenience of having a washing machine and dryer available for us to use at any time. But what really this hotel apart is the staff's exceptional service. They went out of their way to arrange a private driver for us and recommended excellent local restaurants. We felt truly taken care of throughout our stay. Overall, we highly recommended this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Guilin. The staff, location, and amenities all come together to make this hotel a standout choice.

We enjoyed our 3 nights stay from 19/3. The hotel is within walking distance to major attractions in the city centre. Excellent choice of food including freshly prepared local rice noodles provided at breakfast at this hotel considering its relatively small size. Our appreciation to Lucy & Jessie at the Reception who made our stay more enjoyable. Highly recimmended

Best hotel of our whole trip by far. The service is excellent: luggage help, polite greetings, great food, free snacks, cleaning service, etc. The receptionists are also very attentive. The room is clean and beautifully designed. It was a very comfortable stay. We will miss this hotel.

It's a really nice place to stay. Cool location and all facilities are great. Staffs were friendly attentive and super helpful, starting from the reception to the clean lady. Rooms are warm while spacious, cozy and quiet. Recommended!

The small hotel is perfectly located in the very center of Guilin. Rooms are modern and facilities are very tidy. The breakfast is tasty and rich. Just don't expect wellness or fitness facilities. There is a small pool on the top with a nice view which is not heated and empty in the winter.

This hotel is in a fantastic location. Tucked away at a corner in East West Street, one will find plenty of food and shopping options right at the hotel’s doorstep. The major attractions here are all within walking distance too. Also, the staff has been excellent in helping us sort out our Boat Cruise ticket to Yangshuo. It’s a must-do! Do ask the reception to arrange that for you if you’re keen.

The location is on the most popular street. If you need quiet place then might not choice this one. lol The hotel super clean, warm and comfortable. If you close the window proper actually the noisy couldn’t into the room. Beautiful room, free afternoon tea and nice mood! Great trip
