Hotel ParqueMar Premium Beach

We arrived Tuesday 24th October for 2 weeks holiday. On Thursday 26th lots of single beds turned up in reception. On Friday African migrants arrived 60 of them we were told it will be 200 in a few days, On the Monday 30th all paying guest were given notice to leave that day, with no other arrangements made.

The hotel is conveniently situated next to the park and within 5 minutes walk of the beach and many restaurants. The staff are attentive and friendly. Parking can be a little difficult at times but there is usually a space in the adjacent road. The room was spacious and clean with a daily cleaning service and fresh towels and bed linen. The hotel restaurant has a limited daily menu but if there is nothing that you fancy there are plenty of cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance. I stayed there for a week and I would stay there again in the future. Book directly with the hotel via their website as it can work out cheaper than a booking agency.

We stayed at your hotel last night 11 Nov 2022. During the night we were cold as the heater was not working and reception was unmanned so unable to complain. This morning 12 Nov 2022 there was no water. The reception desk was unmanned as last night and the emergency number did not connect to anyone. We were unable to wash or even clean teeth, nor use toilet. This is unacceptable and disgusting. At the time of leaving this morning 10am still no one had arrived to even appologise. I feel the hotel is poorly managed and it will be the last time I stay there.

I came here with my fiancé for vacation and we chose the hotel room over two floors. It was really clever because then we wouldn’t disturb one another if we were awake and the other one sleeping. Also the staff at the reception and also the staff cleaning was nice and professional. It was always clean and we were taken good care of by the three different receptionist that where covering the shifts. We will definitely come back ☺️

Lo mejor de mi experiencia en este hotel su personal que lógicamente no tiene nada que ver con la política que llevan a cabo sus regentes y desde aquí les agradezco su labor. He pasado 10 días en este hotel en un viaje del imserso y será la única vez que esté en este hotel, ni una mas. Empezaré por la llegada. Al hacer el cheking me di cuenta que habia cometido error al hacer mi reserva individual y me han asignado una habitación doble con otra persona. Intento aclarar que es un error mio pero no se puede hacer nada hasta mañana me dicen. Al llegar a la habitación muy normalita y por supuesto nada que ver con las 4 sstrellas que dice tener (2 son regaladas), veo que una de las camas está sin terminar de hacer solo tiene la sabana bajera, que a saber si era la limpia. Vienen y me la hacen. Al día siguiente intento solucionar mi reserva y solicito habitación individual pagando lógicamente el suplemento. Sorpresa, quieren que pague dos suplementos el de mi habitación y el de la habitación que voy a dejar. Me parece descaradamente un robo y una falta de respeto y así se lo hago saber. La respuesta es eso es lo que hay...hotel de 4 estrellas. La comida muy normalita y escasa, teniendo que estar continuamente pidiendo que repongan el bufet, y lógicamente esto no es cosa del personal del hotel. Yo era el primer viaje del imserso que hacía y pensaba que serian así pero mi compañero de habitación que ha hecho más me dice que nada que ver con otros. Por cierto me alegré que no me diesen habitación individual ya que conocí a una gran persona como es Manuel. Y repito no entiendo las 4 estrellas de este hotel...el imserso debería de vigilar estas cosas, al igual que la comunidad Valenciana. Nada recomendable.

Decir incubo es poco, este hotel parquemar en guardamar de segura es de no Recomendar , higiene 0, comida 0, la habitacion no tenia cortina, cuando se abria la ventana los vecinos te podian ver dentro, no tiene piscina ni servicios, esta a nivel de pensión no de un 4 estrella como se describe.
