I Love Brisas, I have been 10 times and the staff are always amazing and helpful. Arasay is serving me the most delicious beverages tonight in the Havana Club Bar. Amazing selection of things to do and try, and the staff are the reason we keep returning to the same resort.

Spent from Oct 5th to 12th. As always we had an amazing trip. I went with two special ladies and a for birthday boy 60th( lol). We arrived and front reception staff was friendly and efficient as always. Our rooms were ready, Thanks to Raquel, who is an amazing, super friendly and always helpful. Love her hugz and her bright smile! She always makes you feel warm and welcome. It was my 18th trip to this resort, it has some amazing improvements in the past few yrs and still improvements happening while we were there but with little to no inconvenience for the clients and guests.. Food was tasty, although shortages are still noticeable we didn't starve , we always found something we liked. They were some shortages with mixes for the drinks but really we all found something cold and creative. Pool was clean and refreshing always have fun. Thank Leandro for taking care of us ! Havana bar was great in the evening and Arasay is a breath of fresh air and makes the best Alexander's. Mario, Chuchos, Carlos, are always the best Thank you Chuchos for a wonderful birthday celebration at the Italian restaurant and to the wonderful staff there for making it's special for our friend. Cuban restaurant for breakfast always a please. To Dani, Betty Ana Aray for the pleasant morning. Thank you to the Entertainment team for keeping us engaged. Susana, Yilena, Jay, Juliette, Anji Pedro, Angel, Miguel, Alex, Juan and Henri. Thanks for taking a moment to chat and makes us smile. Henri you have a great team and team you have a great Manager. Still missing the lobby bar at reception. Aris and Alex for the great conversations! Please remember to treat the staff with respect and don't blame them or mistreat them for the shortages that are not the fault of theirs. They come and smile with you every day! Luis and Juan Carlos keep doing a great job. Love the laughter and smiles. Great vacation, Thank you Brisas and staff for always making sweet memories.! Keep up the great jonlb Geroge and Mairelis!
