Tianhe Hotel

Prime location, food options were decent for a foreigner, service was good, however there were some strange stains on the walls and especially below the table. Amazing views

Large room. Good location. Excellent service. Special thanks to Ms. Zhang (蘭蘭) who has tried her best to accommodate our request. She's a very patience staff, an asset to to hotel. Will stay again.

Beautiful and clean room. Kind and professional staff. Central and quiet at the same time. Next time I go to Guangzhou, I will definitely go back there.

Martin and his team are amazing. Nothing was an effort. Our luggage was damaged by our airline Martin gave us directions where to get replacements. My wife needed her nails done he again gave us directions and my wife was happy. Thank you Martin and your team we will be coming back.

overall pretty good, location is nice besides lots of malls and a train station

Gave welcoming gift and early checking with late check out

This is my second time staying at the hotel. Service is great as usual. Location is one of the best, not considering the mariott and sheraton as they are of different category.  But this trip, the room had cigarette smell. Even after i changed another room there are still cigarette smell. I was told that all rooms are smoking room. Its quite frustrating to have the smell all day round. Really hope the management can so something about it
