Relatively good hotel Pros: Spacious rooms, comfortable bedding, large hotel with indoor and outdoor pools, western and chinese restaurants, location is easily accessible. Customer service was good too! Cons: Some facilities seem to be run down, carpets smell old and the pools are not regularly cleaned.

My family is currently living in Panyu area, GZ. I have two little girls, 2 and 4 years old. During this summer vacation, my husband and I decided to visit many of hotels having pools with good price including breakfast and dinner. Overall, we enjoyed 2 days so much. Outdoor pools open from 3 pm, so the second day before check-out, we played at an indoor pool (1m) which is not good enough for 2 years old girl but we enjoyed swimming 😉 for the dinner set, we were served a sashimi dish, beef and chicken steak, pasta, salad, soup, fruits for dessert, and tea. The dish was not good quality but Ok about the room price. 😁 since we had a good deal with the room rate. However, I was very satisfied with breakfast 😍 overall, I’m willing to visit here again! Especially the location is good! It takes less than 1 hr from my house. 🤩 what do you want more?! Dinner, breakfast, pools, and photo spots and close to Panyu 😝

Good stay relax sit at the balcony nature good smimming pool and gym very helpful and gentle Staff at reception.

The food was good but the toliet was always stuck. The service was not bad either.

前段時間出差入住了廣州碧桂園鳳凰城酒店，體驗感超棒，必須來給個五星好評！ 從踏入酒店大堂的那一刻，挑高的歌德式穹頂就讓我感覺彷彿穿越到了歐洲古堡，每一處細節都充滿藝術感，聽説這個酒店已經有二十餘年，但各方面都維護得很好。辦理入住時，前台工作人員態度熱情，不僅效率高還有管家小張和wiki貼心地告知了我各項酒店服務，還我至房間、入住體驗直接拉滿。 房間寬敞舒適，衞生做得很仔細乾淨，窗外綠意盎然，湖景令人心曠神怡。酒店的配套設施也十分完善，室內恆温泳池、濕蒸室一應俱全。健身房器材種類豐富，滿足了我日常鍛鍊的需求。 餐飲方面更是沒得説，鳳凰軒中餐廳的菜品色香味俱全，食材新鮮，烹飪得恰到好處，每一道菜都讓人回味無窮 。維也納西餐廳提供的自助餐食物新鮮，種類繁多，還有絕美的湖光山色佐餐。 另外，酒店地理位置優越，臨近地鐵13號線新塘站，周邊有永旺、大潤發、萬達廣場等大型購物商場，出行和購物都非常便利。不管是商務出差還是休閑度假，這裏都是絕佳選擇，下次有機會還會再來！

這次住店體驗特別暖心！退房時發現落下了圍巾，前台小姐姐立刻幫忙查監控、聯繫保潔，不到十分鐘就找回來了～房間超大超敞亮，地板和浴室都擦得反光，連角落都沒灰塵。關鍵是住店客人很少，走廊和電梯裏都超安靜，就像包場一樣自在，省心又舒服！
