Các đánh giá Guangzhou Marriott Hotel Tianhe

Mình đặt phòng suite nhưng thấy tiếc nên đổi sang phòng Executive King nhưng lễ tân lại trực tiếp mở phòng Deluxe King với giá chỉ bằng một nửa!

Lễ tân khách sạn rất thất vọng vì lý do gia đình nên tôi cần hủy phòng (thực sự đã trả tiền phòng và không thể hủy được), nhưng lễ tân khách sạn khiến mọi người cảm thấy trịch thượng và không nói rõ lý do. Tiền không bị rơi Có chuyện gì vậy? Dù sao thái độ cũng không tệ, ở khách sạn năm sao có gì tuyệt vời chứ? Ngoài ra còn có Ctrip. Tôi đã sử dụng phần mềm tồi tệ này để đặt phòng khách sạn vô số lần trong năm. Lần duy nhất tôi hủy là vì không muốn liên lạc (sau này tôi đã đồng ý). Dù sao thì đó cũng là trải nghiệm của những người cực kỳ thiếu tin tưởng! ! ! Ngoài ra, gần đó có rất nhiều ùn tắc giao thông...đi từ bãi đậu xe về khách sạn không thuận tiện!

Had a great experience at Tiehe Married Hotel's club floor. The service was excellent, with staff helping us carry our luggage to the room and also assisting on the ground floor. They even provided late check-out service. Overall, a very positive stay, and I will definitely choose to stay again for my next trip!

The restaurant at 6/F is yummy. The staff are courtesy and helpful! The room is big and clean. The most important that the hotel location is proximity to the subway. We definitely will choose Marriott again~

Celebrated Anniversary here, and the staff is very kind to extend a cake with deco plus late check out for us. Had a memorable time here. Thank you

Location is superb convenient, directly accessible via shopping mall. Bedroom slippers, water, hair dryer, amenities are fully provided. There is Lawson convenient store at downstairs and even Starbucks. Highly recommended to all.

had a connecting room which is very good for family. buffet breakfast was good too. though variety is limited and does not change much daily, the taste is good and love the range of fresh bakeries everyday. they allow take aways too if you rush for time. the only improvement needed would be for the hotel Concierge staffs to be friendlier and more helpful.

How are super well located, same building as Grand Mall View and in front of Guangzhou stadium. The staff was very helpfull, in special Ms. Cindy. The only problem was the elevator, that you need to change in order go get down or go to rooms.

We travelled with two young kids and we're so glad that the hotel is great & even got indoor swimming pool! The hotel location is strategic and just right beside the mall, very convenient for us to eat, shop & visit the attractions. We would love to go back next time!

Nice room with nice view

Marriot is conveniently located beside the Granview Mega Mall & in the central Tianhe city centre. Room is very clean with super comfy bed. The city view is breathtaking from d window.

The hotel located in the center of the city. Surrounded by attractive buildings/skyscrapers, such as Guangzhou Tower. A bit far from Beijing Street and the other tourist place. But accessible by taking taxi/ Didi driver.

Superb location. Walking distance to major shopping malls : Tianhe Mall, Parc central, Zhengjia Mall. Hotel are clean and staff are very friendly. Rooms are huge and comfortable.

There is a very good environment and supporting facilities here. It is indeed very good.
