Everything was clean and well kept. The only reason I'm rating 4 stars instead of 5 is because the pool was closed and that was the reason we chose the hotel.

I recently stayed at Comfort Suites, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Firstly, some of the employees were rude and unhelpful, which immediately put a damper on our stay.
Moreover, upon checking in, we were never informed that the pool was closed. This was particularly disappointing as my 4-year-old daughter was eagerly looking forward to enjoying the pool during our stay. The lack of transparency about this major amenity being unavailable was a significant letdown.
To make matters worse, when I requested to check out early and receive a refund due to the pool closure and the overall unpleasant experience, the staff refused. This lack of flexibility and understanding towards our situation further added to our disappointment.
Overall, I would not recommend Comfort Suites based on my recent stay due to the rude staff, lack of communication about amenities, and the refusal to accommodate reasonable requests for a refund.

First off, pool is closed due to "Structural issues" wasnt informed of that during check in until i used the restroom next to the pool entrance. Spoke to my wife and we both decided that we would rather stay else where. Asked for a refund at the front desk. Was informed that they could do a refund, they charged my card again. Currently waiting to hear back from my bank about the charges. Have a print out so hopefully this mess can be resolved.

The mattress and linens were comfortable. The bathroom and towels were nice. The location is convenient for the highway, restaurants, grocery, and a gas station is next to the parking lot. I will definitely stay again.

Only issue was with checking-in, when we arrived and entered our room it was a double queen room, I reserved a king suite. Was told the reservation ******* sent over to them, stated double beds, had proof in my itinerary from ******* “King Size Suite” they couldn’t change to my original reservation. Other than that, the hotel was wonderful.

Great property. Large room. Comfortable bed. Super nice staff. Close to so much. Only conplaint was slow drains.

The property was located right off of the highway and easy to get to. There are multiple restaurants in the area as well as shopping. The hotel and rooms were clean and the breakfast was good. But, sleeping was almost impossible between the noise off of the highway and the people running up and down the halls. You hear everything in the rooms.
