I was very pleased with my stay at the Fairfield Inn in Grove City. The room was spacious, airy, and very well designed, both aesthetically and for comfort. Lots of easily accessible outlets, good lighting, tasteful decorations, a very comfortable bathroom and shower. Service at the front desk was professional and polite. Breakfast was fine. The gym is well equipped and well lit (and safe). Overall a very positive experience.

How do you get a high star rating on the Marriott site? By not sending out a survey request to someone that had a complaint. That's exactly what happened at this hotel. I always stay at Marriotts, but the last few have been disappointments. When I made the reservation several weeks in advance for a king-size bed. We got there shortly after check-in, and was told all the kings were gone. I questioned why considering I had made my reservation several weeks ahead of time. I was given the reply that the others had made their several months ahead of time. I said I should be compensated, and I was given the card of the manager. The rest of the stay was OK, at best. Every Marriott I've stayed in sends a survey afterward. This one didn't. Avoid this one. There are better Marriott hotels in Columbus. In fact, there are better hotels in Grove City.

Our room was not ready at 2PM. Was told they would call when available. At 5PM room still not available and was told room was given to other travelers who arrived earlier. We had an event to get ready for and didn't get a room until 5:30. Front desk very unorganized in their check-in procedures. Would not recommend!

What a nice surprise. Although most Marriotts are good this hotel was new, modern, comfortable, clean and easy to find on a busy interstate. The breakfast was the best and the staff was exceptionally nice.

My hotel visit was totally horrible! My uncle and I had reservations at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Grove City. OH. Upon entering the lobby, there were two associates at the front desk. Even though we were the only guest checking in, neither employee greeted us. I had to do all the talking. The only time we were addressed was when I was asked for ID and credit card. Not once were we told about breakfast or checkout - only which direction the elevator was located. Talking about horrible people skills and absolutely no professional customer service, we will never stay at this location again even if for free.

Stayed 4 nights and had great service! Want to thank Marquesha and Tony so much for all their help with our reservation. Guests are so rude and they handled themselves with such poise and professionalism. They were so helpful when we had questions and needed a few extra things. Maria is doing a great job keeping up with cleaning and the kitchen staff was so kind to nasty guests treating them like they were servers at a restaurant. The hotel needs a few fixes but we had a great stay. I would definitely stay again.

Disaster of a night in Grove City. The AC unit in our room sounded like you were sleeping next to a jet engine. We asked for help and the front desk told us there were no other rooms available as they were oversold and the first time a handyman could it or look at it would be in the AM. Halfway through night the jet engine died and our room turned into a hot box. No AC, no fan, nothing- other than the now very loud sound of the freeway right outside our window. You could hear every tread of every tire of every semi-trailer crossing Ohio. Horrible nights sleep for the entire family. After the AC unit died completely we had to download a white noise app to trie to drown out the sound of the freeway - but you can’t drown out noise this loud. Stay elsewhere!!!
