Large complex with different apartments/studio’s. It was nice that some of the parking spaces were roofed. Studio itself was clean, everything you needed was there. Staff was friendly. A few things that we didn’t like: we were in the annex building and the terraces there are interlinked, the fridge and airco made a lot of noise, the pool area at the main building was quite small (there are 2 other pools on walking distance that we didn’t use)

I strongly recommend this establishment, set in the countryside near Grospierres in the Ardeche, France. The whole establishment was extremely well appointed and maintained and all the staff were wonderful - friendly and only too happy to help! The food provided at breakfast and dinner were excellent with a large choice. In addition, the fact that breakfast was available till 13:00 with the ability to make up your own 'picnic' lunch from what was available at the breakfast was a plus! Plenty to see and visit within easy reach - the Gorges d'Ardeche, Montelimar (the home of nougat) and Avignon to name but a few. I would have no hesitation in visiting again!

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The staff was wonderful and the two ladies at the desk gave us a room with a lovely view of the valley. Another person at the hotel welcomed us in English. I think his name was Kanoon. He was very helpful and welcoming. The room was lovely and comfortable. The balcony had a table and chairs so we could enjoy the view. The hotel has a delicious buffet for dinner. We really enjoyed that meal. The kitchen is as well equipped as an Air B and B. We enjoyed cooking a few meals there and drinking some local Ardèche vintages.

Le cadre est très agréable et reposant , entourer de verdure ,,de quoi faire des balades dans les alentours . L'hôtel toujours aussi propre, le personnel toujours courtois, à vos petits soins.Chambre triple avec balcon ,superbe vue de la terrasse, chambre spacieuse, bien agencée ,propre, cuisine équipée. Repas en ALL INCLUSIVE, à volonté avec panier repas pour le midi ,,au top!! petit déjeuner ,plats très variés ,chaud/froid, entrées, fromage,dessert. Belle terrasse, piscine avec partie couverte et partie extérieur au choix , salle de sport, terrains tennis, et autres activités en suppléments : jacuzzi , bowling, tir à l'arc. Nous passons à chaque fois un moment de détente.

Tres bonne expérience en Ardèche vieil hôtel mais avec une âme et dans un très jolie domaine,les chambres sont propres et la cuisine correcte par contre en salle il va falloir faire un effort ! Trop de tables non débarrassée,des serveuses qui ne sont pas trop concernées,par contre un grand bravo pour l'accueil et a l'ambassadeur Kanoon toujours présent pour les conseils,activités et services.

Du plus. Personnel très sympathique dans l’ensemble Studio spacieux Région magnifique Du moins Vin rosé et blanc chaud dans des distributeurs qui peuvent être réfrigérés !!! L’on nous dit de se servir au bar mais à peine plus frais Piscine ! Plutôt une pataugeoire mais 2 piscines accessibles chez Pierre et Vacances

hotel, propre,nous etions en all inclusive, le midi pas grand chose sur le buffet sauf des crudités et des désserts, on nous avait indiqué deux grandes piscines mais la plus grande était à plus de 2 km et faisait partie de Pierre et vacances ou nous pouvions aller.ce qui n'était pas la meme chose. Les chambre assez grandes et bons lits. Le personnel était très gentil. Prix attractif c'est pour cela

Ne Changez Rien : Nous avons passés une excellent Séjour entre Amis. L'accueil a été très bien avec des explications claires et précises, literie impeccable, les repas sous forme de buffets sont bien cuisinés et la possibilités de faire son Pic-Nic est un gros plus. Un grand Merci à Gwenaëlle, la Directrice qui est au TOP ! Je recommande sans hésitation !!!
