離纜車出發點很近，出門左轉就到了，前台親切熱情，早餐品類還算多，房間乾淨寬敞。推開陽台就可以看到雪山，還有夢幻山坡。離火車站也很近，步行到達很方便。

酒店位置距離火車站10分鐘，要行一小段斜路，路面適合拉行李。 酒店早餐種類豐富，而且選望山景的房型，景觀真的很美！

Great family owned hotel right by Firstbahn (＜ 1 min walk). Spacious and clean rooms for stays short or long. Great breakfast and helpful staff that checked in on my status as I was checking in on the later side (~9pm). The train station is a reasonable distance but can be more challenging if you are walking with a lot of luggage.

Stayed 3 nights. Lovely hotel in a fantastic location. Very comfortable rooms and a lovely swimming pool. We changed from B&B to half board just before our stay. Best decision ever. The food was incredible and such good value as eating out in Switzerland is very expensive. Family run hotel and all the staff were lovely and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again

Sweet hotel with amazing views of the incredible mountains. Wonderful breakfast and delightful bar in the evening. Staff were very accommodating. The location was great and you could easily walk to all of the restaurants in town. Would 100% stay here again.

My husband and I spent 10 days at this wonderful hotel and from the moment we were picked up at the station, by their shuttle service, to being taken to the station for our homeward journey everything was just amazing! The hotel is in a perfect position to explore the whole of the Jungfrau region. Our room 364 had stunning views of the north face of the Eiger from our balcony. It was spotlessly clean and serviced every day. Now to the staff, can’t praise them enough, they were all friendly, knowledgable about the area and so helpful both at reception and in the dining room. I am Coeliac and the menu each day could be adapted to provide the most delicious meals for me. The menu changes every day and the quality of the food is excellent. We would like to thank you all both front of house and behind the scenes for making our holiday special and one we will never forget! Special thanks to Nahikari, Mica, Alen, Toni, Melina and Verena. We would definitely love to return in the future.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The staff I met when I dropped off my bags on the morning of September 5th and the staff I met when I checked out on the morning of September 7th were especially friendly. Althouth the breakfast was soso(i ate food that i just fill in my stomach), I had a great time in this hotel. Thank you

Rooms need at least 1 bottle of drinking water for the cost of an expensive room. Paid $ 5 for a small water in the bar. Breakfast needs attention !! Eggs are freezing & old !! Scrambled eggs are freezing & watery at the bottom of the tray. Bacon runs out , without anyone replacing. No caffeine free hot drinks available . Cornflakes are frosted flakes with sugar coating. Not cornflakes. Same old food every single day. If you do not like sugar or caffeine, do not bother to sit down. Fruit bowl is very poor & full of sugar fruit. Staff standing around doing nothing. Needs to be managed correctly. Reception staff excellent.

This was our fourth visit to the hotel in a resort well known to us for 50+ years, Grindelwald. We had a lovely time with the 5th generation working through a steady renovation. Our room was very comfortable and food very good within the half board option

We were on a tour of Switzerland with another couple and stayed at this hotel for a couple of days. Excellent customer service and very accommodating. They prepared a take away breakfast for us one morning because we had a tour scheduled before the buffet was open. The pool and spa were spotless and the rooms very clean. Also a good location to walk around town in.

Wonderful stay with gracious staff. The hotel’s simple elegance forms a buffer against the crowded town that seems to bring you even closer to the Eiger. Staff member Verena helped us with an emergency and I feel any staff would help you that way at this hotel. I came here with my family 40 years ago and left with good memories. I’m leaving today with more! Oh, and it has a perfect swimming pool - which seems underused - you might have it all to yourself! We will be back.

My family had a wonderful time at the Parkhotel Schoenegg. The staff were excellent. They advised us on specific hikes based on our discussions. They gave us specific instructions as to which Gondola's to take to get to our approximately 3 hour beautiful hike and then which train to take down. After a days hiking we enjoying swimming in the beautiful pool and then unwinding in the hot tub. I heartily recommend the Parkhotel Schoenegg!
