If it was possible to give this hotel -1 star It would be the perfect fit. This whole place is tragedy altogether with the staf If I could give this hotel -1 star, it would be too generous. This place is an absolute nightmare, and the staff is a disgrace. Last year, same time, same place, we were blown away by the staff and atmosphere—it felt like a true 4-star hotel. This year? A complete disaster from the moment we arrived. We booked an all-inclusive package and, after a grueling 16-hour drive, arrived at the hotel at 6:00 AM. We knew we couldn’t check in that early but asked for an early check-in at noon, which they had the nerve to charge 40 euros for. We waited for the pool to open at 9:00 AM to get some rest. When lunch started, my fiancé took a small portion of salad, and some lady rudely told us we couldn't eat before checking in. We had already checked in, but our room wasn’t cleaned, so we didn’t have our keys and bracelets yet. That was just day one. The food is disgusting, the rooms are filthy, and the toilet was clogged. Later, some staff member had the audacity to approach us at the pool, saying we couldn’t smoke poolside and couldn’t drink from plastic glasses. He spouted some nonsense about France being all about rules, and while smoking on the terrace isn’t legally allowed, they would 'let' us do it. Seriously? I will never, ever return to this dump, and I advise everyone to stay far away from this awful place. Calling this hotel 4-star is a complete joke.

We had a junior suite and this was nice and renovated. It was clean and quiet too and the terrasse comfortable. Not sure why we had a dishwasher and no sink nor dishes in the kitchen corner. Bathroom is so tiny that nearly impossible to shower for heavy built people. Food was industrial and horrible. Staff is great and has a lot of patience too.

POINTS FAIBLES : - horaire d.ouverture du bar non respectées - pièces communes non nettoyées ( escaliers et corridors des appartements) - pièces dédiées à la restauration sous dimensionnées

Au top Personnel et accueil exceptionnels L’hôtel est très propre, proche de la mer Nous venons depuis 3 ans avec grand plaisir Idéal avec des enfants Location de vélos Terrasses ensoleillées dans les chambres Je recommande vivement cet établissement

Séjour dans les petites villa. Ménage un peu juste de grands cheveux ds la salle de bain et WC. Personnel très agréable à part le barman manque un peu de sourire. Côté nourriture rien à dire formule all inclusif parfait. Repas variés, bons, du choix. Beau domaine en face de la mer. De belles randonnées à faire.possibilité d'avoir un vélo sur place. Piscine extérieure sympa chaises longues... On reviendra

Une belle découverte, l'hôtel est bien placé près de Port Grimaud, piscine chauffée fin octobre très agréable. La chambre est spacieuse et pratique avec un enfant et son coin nuit ; chambre avec terrasse donnant sur la piscine. Le personnel est sympathique, serviable et toujours souriant. La nourriture est saine et variée. Point positif le fait de pouvoir emmener son pique-nique le midi. Points négatifs : les chambres ne sont pas insonorisés on entend tout ce qu'il se passe dans le couloir.. Ce ne sont pas des lits king-size mais 2 petits lits collés....dommage.. Des travaux de rafraichissement de la salle de bains seraient les bienvenus, beaucoup d'humidités... Plusieurs services le soir ce qui provoque de l'attente avant le repas, la salle du restaurant est trop petite ou alors il faut manger dehors or à cette période ce n'est pas possible.
