Beautiful residence "Village de Silhouette", surrounded by trees. Outside the resort, 5 km from the centre of Grimaud, in a quiet position on top of a hill, 6 km from the sea. For shared use: swimming pool fenced (17 x 8 m, depth 120 - 250 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 30.Sep.). Parking at 40 m. Shop 5 km, grocery 5 km, supermarket 6 km, restaurant 5 km, bus stop "Port Grimaud" 4.6 km, sandy beach "Port Grimaud" 6 km. Golf course (18 hole) 8 km, sailing school 8 km. Nearby attractions: Port Grimaud 6 km, Sainte Maxime 12 km, Saint-Tropez 13 km, Plages de Pampelonne 20 km, Nice 110 km, Monaco 130 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de Sainte Croix 95 km. Hiking paths: Massif de l'Esterel 50 km. Please note: car recommended. The decor is not modern, but good enough for the two of us. Necessary equipment was available. Furthermore, 2 bathrooms with bath and toilet. Balcony with nice view.

Very good location in a quiet residence and in the mountains. The swimming pool and the view are superb. The apartment does the trick even if a good renovation is needed. The residence is not suitable for a family with 2 babies. We struggled with the stro
