Very cosy country house "Filicaia", detached, surrounded by trees, meadows and vineyards. 6 km from the centre of Strada in Chianti, 12 km from the centre of Impruneta, 14 km from the centre of Greve in Chianti, in a secluded, quiet position on a slope, in the countryside. Private: natural state property (fenced), terraced garden with wildlife garden and trees, orchard, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool (9 x 4 m, depth 125 cm, seasonal availability: 05.May. - 20.Oct.). Pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. 800 m long bumpy, narrow motor access to the house. Width of access road: 180 cm. Parking on the premises.
