Recently renovated in a modern style, it can accommodate up to six people. In the garden there is a swimming pool for private use. Agriturismo on a vinyard "Savignola Paolina", built in 1700. 4 apartments in the property. 3 km from the centre of Greve in Chianti, 35 km from the centre of Firenze, 46 km from the centre of Siena, in a sunny, elevated position on top of a hill, in the countryside. Private: garden 500 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 05.Apr. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue. In the complex: reception, massage (extra). Cook on request (extra). Breakfast and half board possible on request (extra). Motor access to the house (200 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises. The house is nicely decorated and has the most beautiful view ever. Fully equipped. Is a bit remote. But with a car, no problem.
