Close to airport, Columbia River George for hiking, to Mt. Hood to ski. One level 2,300 sq ft house with no stairs, on a 1/3 acre of flat land with mature landscape. Four big bedrooms, 52" smart TV, fenced backyard. Covered patio for outside relax. Outside biking path, fishing at Blue Lake. Easy access to major freeways for visiting downtown and other suburbs. Shops, restaurants and parks nearby. It is the best combination of quite but convenient.
No Smoking, No Pets. No Drug Usage (neighbor is a police officer with a drug dog). This is a ranch style house with no stairs. This Mid Century house is spacious and has an open floor plan. All the 4 bedrooms offer extra space for luggage. Can accommodate up to 13 guests. Close to public transit and freeways. It makes this home a perfect fit for business travelers as well.
Large front and back yard for relax. I have a vegetable garden. In Summer, you are welcomed to pick when they are ready during your stay.
Kitchen with most of the essential tools for your quick breakfast. Snacks, tea, coffee, hot chocolate are provided.
Living room has 52" smart TV and a deep seat sofa that can let one person to sleep.
Family room with a leather 3-seater sofa, a dinning table, new carpet and sliding door to the porch. Plenty of light.
High speed internet
Laundry room with washer and dryer.
Ev charge outlet in the garage at $10/day, please bring your own cable and adapter.
Outdoor furniture for your leisure.
