Comfort Inn & Suites

****************** The hotel needs repairs like now, the lobby has been having repairs for the longest, During my two stays within the last month each room had Bath room issues like the Tube wouldn't drain on my first visit and on the second visit the mirror would not lite up for me to shave everything else was nice, the hallway air was blowing too much cold air, food was fair.

I read previous reviews about this hotel currently being under renovation. During our stay, it appeared that only the pool is still under renovation. The room was comfortable and clean. A/C worked very well. The ceiling fan in the room was appreciated.

Just good enough after a long drive 1/2 way to our destination..... Note to self.... always ask. Will you be under remodeling at the time of this booking? Will your pool be avaliable ? Just because a review is good yesterday doesn't mean it would be in the future. Counter employee very nice and friendly.

Our room smells like cat pee so bad but they and all surrounding hotels are completely booked. Also definitely do not have a remolded room. Hotel is in the middle of remodeling so pool, weight room, etc is closed. Debating sleeping in my car for the night!

Last minute booking while on a road trip. Didn't realize they were remodeling until we walked in. Made me slightly nervous, but soon realized there was nothing to worry about! And we lucked out and got a remodeled room, which was beautiful and everything brand new! Front desk was friendly, breakfast was awesome (multiple hot items which is always a plus). Had to use washer and dryer and the dryer wasn't working properly for the couple before us - just needed a good lint trap cleaning and it worked fine for us. If ever in the area - would definitely stay again!

We reserved a room at the Grenada Comfort Inn online based on online appearance and ******* reviews. The exterior was sharp and nice looking but what no one alerted us to is that the hotel is going through a remodel. But the remodel wasn't the worst of the issues. The remodel affected the pool and dining room but the rest of the inside of the hotel is run fown amd in poor shape and dirty. The HVAC return vent in the room had a thick layer of dust on the vent louvers from a LONG time of not being cleaned. The mirror in the bathroom had a dirty film on the glass making it hard to use. These issues caused reason to be concerned about other cleanliness issues and bugs. If we weren't committed to the room cost thru ******* and being tired from driving we would have left and stayed somewhere else. One bright side was the staff were friendly and helpfu,l but that's all that was nice about the one night stay as we were passing thru.

We were here last month for a funeral and stayed at this hotel. It's a nice hotel that is being renovated right now. We had a king size suite. The bed was very comfortable. They had a mattress topper on it. (I'd love to know where to buy one like it). It was clean and the staff were all extremely nice. The only real complaints I have is that the pull out couch mattress was horrible, the couch itself was dirty, there was only a shower - no tub (which I need), the only ice machine is on the first floor and every morning, they were out of the breakfast foods very early so we usually ended up with nothing.
