Comfort Suites

Hotel is very clean, room very comfortable. Looks like it has been recently updated. Housekeeping great! The only problem I have experienced and am still waiting for resolve is extra charges to my card. Because I had a cold I bought a can of soup for $7. They continue to charge my card even though I bought nothing else. Two days later I looked at my car and they charged an extra $22! I went to service desk and she said it was for incidentals and we'll be returned in three to five days after I checked out. This has been a business trip, my husband is a minister. I came along with him, and happened to buy a can of soup at the service desk. This is ridiculous! I have never experienced this at a hotel before and I've stayed at a lot. If you use your card to purchase items from them, they just continue to rob you every day!

This hotel is like new, there is no way you would know the age of this hotel. It is very well maintained, clean, safe, and perfect for business travel. I am very aware of all the different issues with traveling, however; you can be sure you will be taken care of at this location.

Loved are stay here in Greenwood. The Comfort Is a Great Choice for Business or relaxation. Awesome Pool and extremely clean. I would recommend to all travelers. It is in a great location around good food and music

The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and the breakfast had something for each of us. Although we were surrounded by many in the other rooms it was really quiet. Would stay here again as it is centrally located for all the historical sites we wanted to see and for shopping.
