The Formal Dining Room has a beautiful dining table (accommodates 8 to 10) for Formal Dining and/or for Special Events such as Bridal or Baby Showers, or Family Get Togethers. The Sleek & Modern Kitchen features Granite Backsplashes & Countertops, Top of the Line Appliances to include a kitchen aid slide-in range with downdraft and is stocked with all high quality cookware, dishes, and coffee pot with essentials. Outdoor Living Area: Immediately off of the Kitchen, you exit onto a Large Deck with Pergola that provides covered outdoor living and overlooks a beautiful fenced in backyard. Plenty of room for a day of badminton and for children to play. Parking: The driveway provides parking for two vehicles. There are three on street parking passes which will be inside the home upon arrival. Please place them on your rear view mirrors. The City of Greenville periodically monitors the street and a parking ticket costs $500. Please remember to leave parking passes upon departure as there is a $200 fee for lost passes. House Rules: By booking the property, guests agree to abide by these rules during their stay. 1. Please keep noise levels to a minimum at all times. We’ve been granted a City of Greenville rental permit that will be revoked if noise complaints occur. 2. No parties: Parties are not allowed on the property. Small events such as baby showers, bridal showers are allowed. 3. Maximum occupancy: The property has a maximum of 12 overnight guests. 4. ​​No smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. 5.
