The community is age restricted. The renter must be 55 years old, or greater. Mature landscaping is lovely. View of the mountains and desert. Many visitors, return annually and eventually move here. No Parties, No smoking inside and No pets... No Exceptions. Must rent no less then 7 days. It is a really nice, quiet community with pool access at the end of the block. There is a clubhouse. If anything is damaged or missing. You will be responsible and charged for it. Please be responsible and respectful with our property. We really do want you to have the most pleasant experience with us! So we have provided you with a gift bag and some items to help you get started. Including: dish soap, dishwasher soap, 2- Coffee pods, paper towels, sponge, toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner, body wash, hand soap, body sponge, lip balm and lotion.
