Western Inn - Green River

This is a small family owned place. The staff was very friendly and attentive. My room wasn’t the cleanest, but I’ve seen worse. It cost me $45 and was worth every dollar. I’ll stay again.

Did not stay at this hotel. There was a mistake in reservations. I am requesting my money back. Hotel never sent confirmation of my reservation to my email. I asked my cc to revers charges. DO NOT ever go to this website They do not have a phone number to contact and they are a on way communication place.

I had a delayed flight to Salt Lake City, which is still a 2 1/2 hr drive to this motel. I called letting the motel know I'd be arriving late. When I arrived in Salt Lake I called again to let them know when I'd be arriving. They had no record of my reservation. Travelocity called them to try to get a refund and they said I was a no show so no refund. They had no record of me calling and they wouldn't budge. Oh yeah, they were booked and the room that was mine was the last one which was given up. So it's not as if they lost money because I didn't show up. You get what you pay for.. cheap motel, cheap service. Stay away from this and any other motels/hotels that don't post their policies and have no refundable policies. Also stay away hotels that charge your card before you show up and now after you've stayed there. They are suppose to be in the service business which they show no capability of performing. I wouldn't stay there if they gave me a night for free now. I let Travelocity know they shouldn't be dealing with such schlock outfits too.

We were just passing through but the area of Green River, WY was beautiful. The rooms were older but had everything we needed for the night including a fridge and microwave. Staff was friendly.

I liked the price and convenience. Beds were clean and comfortable. I did not like: Grime in the tub; Toilet seat was not clean; Bathroom door was not clean; Bathroom door had a spot that had been kicked in; Carpet had stain spots; Faucit in tub was trickling hot water.

I've syated here 20+ times, nothing fancy good $ Fairly quiet being I-80 is right there but I find it peaceful

No smoke alarm, dirty sheets, very dirty, nice people

It was what you'd expect for a 2 star hotel in the middle of Wyoming.
