All Seasons Guest House

We had to reschedule our original visit due to unexpected circumstances, which we managed to do over the phone with Dale. He then rang me back the following evening asking when we were due to arrive, as he had obviously forgotten the previous telephone conversation! Not a great start. When we did arrive in Yarmouth I had a missed call from Dale, and by the time I had received his voicemail we were already at the guest house. Dale was not there (hence the phone call) and the young chap who opened the door didn't know anything about our visit, however a quick call to Dale cleared things up. The room was not the one we originally booked but was clean and comfortable, and we managed to park a couple of streets away which although not perfect was fine as we know Yarmouth pretty well. The TV picture was pretty poor, and I completely missed the WiFi login details as it wasn't labelled in the provided folder - my own fault as I should have been more thorough, but just a minor niggle. After a lovely days shopping and enjoying ourselves we sat in bed on the Saturday night drinking tea, eating donuts and watching a bit of telly. Lovely! Great nights sleep, and Dale had previously arranged a breakfast for us (we're both vegetarians) that was absolutely lovely, and it turns out some of the staff actually live not too far from us so we had a nice gossip over breakfast! All in all - would happily stay here again once they've fixed the telly!

Dale the owner made us feel very welcome and the breakfast was first class. A nice tidy and clean guest house with good facilities..must be the Sea air but with a very comfortable bed had the best sleep in years..would stay again...Also should mention the sea front is only 2 mins walk x

As a last minute idea, we decided to travel to Great Yarmouth for a weekend away. Having looked online we found this gem, a maximum five minute walk from the seafront with all the bars, arcades and eateries on offer. The room was spacious and en-suite with a shower unit, as are the other rooms. Bed is very comfy, great mattress and pillows. Bed linen is monogrammed with the name of the guest house too. There is free Wi-Fi (access code in welcome booklet), tv, mini fridge, storage for clothes and a fan. Booked as bed & breakfast and glad we did, our host Dale"s cooked breakfast is one of the best I've had and he will do all he can to ensure his guests enjoy it! We will be keeping the card very handy so we can call and book again
