Premier Inn Wirral (Greasby)

I booked three rooms for a family occasion. Good parking and a welcoming reception. Beds are advertised as super-king sized but we were allocated a normal double bed. A big shout out for Lindsey who switched us to a room with a king sized bed and fetched another towel: thank you, Lindsey. Bed was comfortable but I would have liked an extra pillow. Neither of us has long black hair so finding some in the bathroom was unwelcome. Room décor was fine but the corridors and stairwell are tatty and tired.

Lovely friendly, and accomodating staff-happy to take me to relatives room to plant something!. Relatives were comfortable and happy, and enjoyed the breakfast next door, as did we on the last morning. Staff in restaurant also excellent. Thankyou

Premier Inns are all fairly similar, in my experience. The pluses here are the staff! I have never experienced more helpful and friendly staff - and I have stayed at many much more expensive hotels. They went the extra mile and couldn't do enough for me. The room itself was clean and the facilities will be familiar to anyone who has stayed in a Premier Inn. The steak and salad I had at the restaurant was good. The one drawback for me - why I didn't give it five stars - was the location. There is an excellent bus service (437) that can take about 35m to get to Liverpool One but is subject to traffic. The hotel is in a very suburban setting and, apart from the pub next door, there is little else near.

Cracking Premier Inn albeit a little tired looking. The staff were super friendly & helpful. The Gravesberie bar & Grill next door is excellent, nice decor, lovely food & nice friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this premier inn, easy access off the motorway & great bus service into Liverpool which costs £2.00 each way the bus stops directly outside.

Room was clean and tidy as usual for premier inn. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful as were the staff in the pub next door. Would definitely avoid eating in the pub though, mixed grill was driest plate of food I’ve had in quite a while, and poached eggs at breakfast were virtually raw. I didn’t complain at the time , hopefully has more effect on here.

Fairly tired Premier in with only 2 rooms for those with accessibility needs - shower contained in bath which is dangerous

We stayed on Sunday 25th we checked in very late there was no problem staff was a 100% and helpful room was clean and tidy Breakfast was 100% and very hot restaurant was clean staff was lovely not bad priced keep up the hard work Thanks would stay again

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. It was our first stay and we were made to feel extremely welcome.

Not our usual standard of premier in that I have been used to in the past,now moved to a premier inn in Christchurch which is slightly better but still needs a make over
