There were Hairs on the bed, in the sink and on a wall, stains on the walls in bedroom. The tap in the sink spluttered. Turned on the fan to find it was broken, it made a loud noise and blew dust everywhere and worst of all the headboard had a grease and splattered stain all across it.

Excellent greeting by Lisa on reception, efficient and very helpful. We were concerned when booking breakfast as we knew the Beefeater next door had closed, but Premier Inn have created an accessible and bright Breakfast Room, serving high standard of food with great service. Thank you to Kes and the team.

Went to the social and the service was brilliant I want to give a special shout out to Matty who was a brilliant chef and gave great service the rooms are also great and my whole family is having a great time. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Great experience and service by all tge Team at this PI - Special thanks not only to KATE for offering us a Evening meal upgrade but also to the star of the stay MATTY who made the evening for us with exceptional attention and service (even if he did give my wife one more grape than me in our fruit salad!). Thanks to you all 👍

One night stop with work. Staff have been really warm and welcoming. The new restaurant on site, The Social is small but sweet! Kelsa the chef has been wonderful! Working very hard getting the food out for customers as well as taking orders and clearing up! * She really is a super woman! The food was well cooked and delicious! Her lovely colleague from reception * sorry didn't catch your name* Thursday 29th May, evening, stepped in to help! Team work makes a difference!
