Cleanliness of the room was poor - the room smelled unpleasant and a fly flying towards me once I entered the room. Not sure whether its the carpet or the aircon carrying a pee smell. The chair had burn hole. The shower had small water flow and the water temperature was either too hot or cold. There was a dirty toilet pump next to the toilet bowl. The only good point about this hotel was that I could park right in front of my room. Not worth the price.

We didn't need much, just a clean, basic place to stay. It was clean enough, and quiet. But after the water ran for a LONG time it got barely lukewarm, and never hotter than that.

The lady at the front is wonderful ! I woke this kind woman up 3 times, she's way always kind and helpful.Room was very clean, perfect. I'll be back : )

Stayed the night for Cornish Christmas in Grass Valley. Was clean, we only needed a place for the night. No real opinions for dining out. Was away from restaurants & shopping. My wife and I were there in Dec. if was 37 degrees in the morning. We had to wait a while for the pipes to worm up to get hot water. After that we had hot water. All in all wasn’t terrible, but the water thing was a little stressful.

Just what we needed for end of day restful night sleep after taking care of ill family member during the day, very clean, newly renovated rooms, quiet area, affordable rate per night, friendly staff. We only booked one night at a time due to uncertainly of duration of our stay in the area, we ended up with five night stay. Sadly, it was the last visit to Grass Valley area, family member we were taking care of passed on same week.

There was no one at check out. I waited for about 10 minutes and no one showed up even though I rang the bell several times.
The condition on the room was not good. The mattress was on top of a medal base and it was very noisy during the night. Every time I changed position it made a lot of noise. The bath towels were very thin and small. I also when I tried to take a shower, I had to run the water for a long time in order for it to be just warm enough. I don’t think I’ll stay there again

The property was about what you could expect for the fairly low price charged. The room was clean but run down.
