Premier Inn Grantham

The entire experience was exceptional. We would not hesitate to recommend or re-visit the Premier Inn in Grantham. Ruth (receptionist) was first class in everything she did and if we were able to have her every time we used hotel accommodation then that would be fantastic!

Great value, service excellent, we would always use Premier for our away days where possible. The rooms are very comfortable, you can get great food and they are easily accessible. We are frequent visitors to many of hotels up and down the country.

You know you’re going to be okay with a prem inn, what made this lovely was the helpfulness and kindness of the staff. Getting to my room and everything being easy was just the first part. Calling me a cab to get to the dinner venue and again for the conference. Special mention to Colin, the night reception who was really funny, kind and all round great exemplar of what is great customer service.

We stayed here for a night on our way to spend a week in Yorkshire and this was a convenient stop halfway through our journey. Very pleasant welcoming staff. Clean comfortable room and an enjoyable dinner and excellent breakfast. Couldn’t fault in any way and good value for money.

Great stay, very friendly staff. Reception, Dining and Bar always made very welcome. Good service and all staff you going above and beyond. Would recommend if you looking for a good meal, drink and a good nights sleep. Plenty of tea, coffee, milk. No issue to ask for more unlike some places you stay.

The Hotel and rooms were clean and tidy. Reception staff friendly and booking in and out was smooth. We had paid for the meal deal and booked a table for our evening meal which was confirmed with reception at the time of check in, however when we went to the the pub restaurant they said that they had no record of our booking and that the hotel must have forgot to inform them. They had to try and fit us in we had to wait another half an hour for our table. Some of the staff were a bit off for instance when our drinks arrived we were placing our meal order and the waitress just shoved the tray of drinks on the table in front of my husband and just unloaded the drinks in front of him without speaking or enquiring who's drink was who's. The food was not brilliant my husbands chicken was dry, and the food looked like it had just been thrown on the plates. We had pre paid for the meal deal however when we went to pay the bill we had been charged the full amount and had to wait for some time before it was sorted.
