We spent four unforgettable days and three nights at the Seda Club Hotel in Granada. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable, with Ms. Martha providing a warm and welcoming reception that instantly made us feel at home. The personalized check-in process with Martha was exceptional, complete with a welcome drink and detailed information about the hotel's offerings and local attractions. Her kindness, patience, and respectful demeanor left a lasting impression. The breakfast crew, particularly Rafael, were outstanding. Despite attending to multiple tables, Rafael provided swift and efficient service. We also appreciated his exceptional service during dinner on one of the evenings. Special mentions go to Pablo, who provided excellent service on our departure day, and Imma, who made our checkout process smooth and warm. The concierge team, who assisted us with our bags and escorted us to the taxi, were also noteworthy. The staff at Seda Club Hotel truly made our stay special. Our beautifully decorated hotel room showcased evident thought and attention to detail in its design. Every corner of the room featured fine touches and small details that added to its charm. One minor suggestion for improvement: the coffee and kettle cabinet was slightly cramped, and we were concerned that the steam from boiling water might affect the glass shelves and surrounding food. Overall, our stay at the Seda Club Hotel was truly memorable, and we highly recommend it to anyone seeking exceptional service and accommodations in Granada.

A very small hotel with 22 rooms. Their attention is focused on delivery quality experience and service. The rooms were renovated with the best equipment and materials. Breakfast spread was very compact and can't be compared to larger hotels. Overall, it was still a nice experience which I will return should we choose to go back to Granada.

地點：位於格拉納達的Downtown，出門去大教堂、阿爾罕布拉宮步行都是10-15分鐘，周邊有很多當地餐廳可供選擇。 服務：這是西班牙旅程中唯一一家主動聯繫我，並詢問旅程安排的，根據抵達時間提前安排了房間，無需等待；並且推薦了阿爾罕布拉宮的導遊和洞穴弗朗明戈舞演出，幫忙預訂後可以統一在酒店Checkout時結賬，非常方便。值得一提的是導遊Jesus Gutierrez Aparicio非常優秀，英文講解，由於他自己是當地人，所以分享了很多格拉納達的故事。出行可以讓酒店幫忙叫出租/預訂去機場等等。 房間：訂的帶Patio小露台的房間，對男士很方便…房間空間合適，可以攤下兩個大箱子，房間裝飾很有特色。還有贈送的1小時SPA，需要提前預約，這個一般般，水温不夠熱。Massage是和外面的按摩師合作，所以也需要提前預訂。 早餐：早餐樣式選擇挺多的，很喜歡Benedict，早上如果有行程建議在酒店吃，西班牙很多餐廳開門得晚。

酒店確實非常贊！ 但假如不着急預訂 可以等臨近時間，因為我提前一個約定是3700單早，當天我看了下是3200雙早，我明天一早還得補205元的早餐！ 國內的酒店還可以給link 凱悦會員回回血，歐洲完全非常staben啊

離店後發現按金沒有退回，直接扣了200歐，聯繫他們説損壞了吹風機，説了沒有摔到，用的也好的，我們沒有損壞，但他們堅持是我們損壞了吹風機，我也沒有收到圖片或者視頻，連哪個房間的也沒有告知，而且是200歐全扣

整個酒店本來可以打96分的，但早餐的眼鏡“黑公主”服務員估計是來酒店給人教英語的，本以為是我英語差到説不清watermelon，直到後面桌一對白人情侶口音很英式口音的跟服務員説要mint tea，“眼鏡黑公主”依舊是疑惑 不確定 重複 到恍然大悟然後自己發出 oh mint然後昂首挺胸而去！！！！！！！酒店除了“黑公主”以外其他服務員滿分！酒店位置也很好，不行到哪都方便。中國人入住不少，早餐一半是中國人。房間靠牆的小椅子需要小心坐，我有在房間整個人後腦勺朝下摔下去。

絕對的寶藏酒店，對於一家歐洲酒店，不能再好了，入住後各種驚喜，強烈推薦。 首先，位置非常棒，去大教堂，去街區，3分鐘的路程。 其次，服務態度非常棒，非常好的英文。 酒店設施即使到了巴黎也是頂級的存在，寬敞的套間，燈光設計合理，且分隔極好。 浴室的熱水特別棒，馬桶是衞洗麗的，洗漱用品是歐舒丹的，浴巾是柔軟的，枕頭極佳，就是床略微有點軟。 早餐完美，各種風格都有，出品優質。 整個酒店不大，乾淨衞生。

超讚的酒店！我們在格拉納達度過了美好的幾個夜晚，這家酒店真的太好了，不管是前台服務，餐廳服務，早餐晚餐都可圈可點。有歡迎水果盤和歡迎酒水，入住每天都會送小食拼盤和水果拼盤，打掃服務很到位，到處都是用心的小細節！強推！絕對來格拉納達必選酒店！

格拉納達沒有什麼太多選擇，這家是Small Luxury 旗下的一家，也算是當地不錯的了，入住後感覺確實還可以，沒有太失望

到格拉納達衹為阿宮一遊，絕美！酒店服務很好

整個西班牙旅行中，我最喜歡的酒店，無論是環境還是服務，都面面俱到。房間色調有阿宮的風格，紅藍配色，既熱情又具異域風情。每天傍晚回到房間，都有不同的水果和點心；晚上回房間，也有貼心的關懷，備有歐舒丹的卸粧巾和手霜。早餐也非常豐富，中晚餐也可以考慮在酒店用餐，品質異與外面的普通餐廳。下次旅行，哪怕是別的城市，它也一定是首選！

典型的小型奢華酒店，硬件很有品味。服務尤其好，在我通過官網和旅行社都買不到阿爾罕布拉宮門票的情況下，努力了大半天，幫我買到了門票，還沒有收取任何費用，超讚！
