They message me to ask my arrival time. I say 11:30-12 (which is 3hrs prior to check-in). They don’t tell me their office is a half mile from the apartment or that I could leave my bags with them. They don’t respond to my msgs or calls. 30 min later they tell me to drag all my luggage back to their office until the room is ready. They give me the room at 2:15pm. We quickly leave our bags as we have to make our appt at Alhambra (first mistake). We come back at 6pm. Half the lights are not working. There are stains on the walls. And the cleaning staff didn’t bother cleaning the dirty dishes left by previous dwellers. I wrote them a message. The next morning, discover the left shower door is broken, fell of the rail as I tried to open. Left another msg. They get mad at me that I didn’t tell them all this initially at 2:15 the day before. I said, I don’t need the lights til the dark, and I don’t need a shower til the next AM, and I told them I had a 3pm Alhambra appt. Anyway, they refused to compensate me, told me To leave without a refund if I didn’t like the place, and could care less. Complete lack of hospitality and customer service. Don’t stay here. They are scammers/thieves. Maybe it was only my apartment. Idk. This company is located throughout Granada with various apartments. But I would never book with them even if their other apts are wonderful, solely based on their indifferent, money grubbing methods.
