A wonderful 5 night stay here in March 2024. We were half board and that was great for us for a short stay. Hotel is really lovely in a great position next to the promenade. With being HB, we had lunch at the nearby restaurants only a few minutes walk away. Breakfast and evening meal at the hotel were good, plenty of choice. The room was lovely, comfortable bed and even a set of scales! Cleaning and presentation of the hotel was of a very high standard. All staff were helpful and pleasant. We would definitely stay here again! Would highly recommend!

First time in Gran Canaria, and we stayed at this jewel of a hotel tho the west of Meloneras. Manicured gardens, magnificent hotel, wonderful staff and a great location 1.5 miles from the Maspalomas lighthouse and a number of shops and restaurants with Lad Dunas, just beyond. We went half board although there was an AI option. Bar prices were lower than the uk for those not on AI. A local commercial area (very quiet) below the hotel overlooking Playa de Meloneras, also had a number of good restaurants and a supermarket for other essentials. Highly recommended.

The hotel is very well kept. Its architecture and design is beautiful and tasteful, they kept buildings low and the hall is a masterpiece. You get stunning views everywhere, shelter from Northerly winds and the location is the last resort of the Meloneras stretch, so you only see ocean or golf club on the side. Quiet. They did a fine job with buffet and kids enter tainment. Nice soa. And if you are wondering whether the pools are heated, the answer is yes: 1 pool full heat, 1 even bigger one is half-heated, still enough. Special thanks to Paula, Alian and Janice - for taking great care of us and our kids!

We stayed from the 12th until 19th April all inclusive Privilege level so can only relate to our experience in privilege . Firstly like all hotels around the world , and we have stayed at many not one has been perfect there is always good and not so good . We found our experience to be in general very good . Like any hotel the staff are key and we found all the staff we interacted with were all warm friendly and helpful . We found the hotel quite difficult to navigate due to its unusual layout. Our room was very nice and kept very clean . The restaurants we used were the Gaudi, Naturalia /La Brasserie. Although they had daily specials the main menus never changed which we found a little disappointing. As we have said the staff in all restaurants were great we have to give Adrianna a big shout out she is a total credit to the hotel . We found the quality of the food in all restaurants in general is of a very good standard as we have said nothing is perfect and you can always find something to pick on or is not to your taste . Would we stay again most certainly. Thank you again all the hard working staff.

Terrible place. Allocated room 447 right by the busy noisy road and no access to the gardens on the ground floor. I complained but nothing was done. Food very average and accommodation overpriced. The hotel appears to be understaffed as employees are on duty constantly and you can tell they are over worked. Customer services woeful. Initially lied that I raised a complaint then agreed but still nothing done. €40 for bottled tap water at lunch/dinner. I’ve been twice and will not be back. Rooms dates and worn out. Apparently they are updating them.

We stayed for a week in mid April, one of the best hotel where we have been. Staff very friendly and very knowledgeable, food amazing and a lot of activities for kids and adults. The hotel has 3 pool and 1 for kids, rooms are very clean and big. Our room had a patio with 2 seats and a table where you can chill/ have an apero. I will come back for sure!

Fantastic hotel. Very spacious grounds & pool areas. Several bars. Different looking hotel. Nice Canarian style looking rooms which I prefer to the total white look that a lot of hotels have these days. Food was very nice & good quality although we have been to other hotels with more choice. Could do with more vegetables at evening meal. The hotel is on the edge of Meloneras so a quiet area but only a short walk along the promenade to Maspalomas. The layout of the hotel can be quite confusing when you first arrive & try to find your way around. Would definitely go back.

Once again a great holiday with some of the best staff at any hotel that I have been to. Sergio and Brahim are fantastic. Very attentive, very polite and nothing is too much trouble. Privilege food is amazing. It's a shame some building works are going on, but the planned changes to restaurants sound great. Benjamin needs to be in a job we're he is not customer facing, or needs to be taught to be polite and work harder.

Incredible holidays in Gran Canaria. The weather was really warm, and there were plenty of activities for my kids during Easter break. Janice and Paula are a real treasure for this hotel. They have multiple pools, the sun loungers are never crowded, and the restaurant food is very diverse. The staff couldn't do enough to ensure everything went smoothly. Big thanks to everyone, and we'll be back next year to see our friend Daisy.
