I liked the Location near to beach, and nice pool on rooftop.

Service is excellent. There are swimming pool at the roof and sauna. Bar is amazing, especially amazing cheap prizes.

Cockroach in bathroom. Room got sprayed but nothing more. Couldn't sleep properly nor eat in hotel after that. No compensation. Bar poorly stocked. 1 each of red , white and cava. Wine was 2 euros a glass but whole bottle was only 3 euros in local shop. A few good staff and good location.

Stayed at this hotel on a city break from 17th March to 24th March. We had a terrible holiday. Room had a smell of sewage and even after reporting to the desk on 3 occasions the smell remained. Maintenance man came with a roll of duck tape???. Also the food in the hotel was always cold most people had to use the microwave to heat their breakfast. Our experience here has put us off booking another city break with you. You gave the hotel 3 stars but I have stayed in 1 star hotels which were much better. Very disappointed

Never one to read too much into earlier reviews, I came here with an open mind at a very reasonable price through jet2citybreaks. Wow was that a mistake. The hotel is conveniently located not too far from St. Catalina bus station, about a 10-15 minute walk so easy to get too from the airport, and when you are here it is 2 minutes from the beach - first impressions - tick. The lobby looks nothing like the pictures, it’s dark and unappealing but the man on reception was very friendly and helpful. He even chatted to me about the possibility of keeping the room a little longer on my last day as I have a late flight home. The room itself - this is where you suddenly realise your mistake. I was given an internal room, with a small window opening into a sealed central courtyard - so no airflow at all and a faint smell. The bathroom, also - no ventilation, very dark and in poor repair. Considering it’s 30 degrees currently - I hoped the air con was good but sadly it barely worked. The food service is the next disappointment, you come to realise that the staff are extremely rude - not interested in helping you and wander about glaring at you and pulling plates out from under your nose whilst still eating. The food itself was quite nice, although after only 24 hours my tummy isn’t feeling great. I have checked out and found myself somewhere else to stay. Don’t make the same mistake I have - this is not a nice hotel and you will be seriously disappointed.

Hotel was all we needed, bed for the night and a nice breakfast. We had a great holiday , thank you to Sergio on reception for advising us to do the day excursion on the bus this was a great way to see the island and Christian fo the cocktails 🍸 😀 👏 👌 👍

Second time staying here & loved it again. Great service & breakfast nothing is too much trouble. Everything was superb - thank you & we will be back. Every person working there is great I really recommend. Las Palmas is amazing & I cannot wait to go back.

Located right in the heart of the city. 5 mins to the Playa De Las Canteras beach, 15 - 20 mins to the Playa De Las Alcaravaneras beach, we preferred this one as it was quieter & more sheltered, not windy. Hotel has 24 hour reception, friendly staff offering maps & to book trips. 2 lifts. ROOMS - Quite spacious, no balcony, opening window & sliding window, close both for great noise reduction. 2 chairs & table. No fridge, free AC, TV - 2 English channels. 2 really comfy beds, bedding changed every couple of days. Plenty of wardrobe space. Safe which you pay for. Only downside not many plug sockets, 1 near tv, 2 old ones either side of the beds. FREE - WIFI, very fast, in rooms. Walls where a bit thin. but it is an old Hotel. BATHROOM - careful stepping up the step. No bath, only shower cubicle, always had hot water. Hairdryer, towels changed every couple of days just leave them on the floor. Cleaning of the rooms was excellent - a massive thank you to the cleaning staff. There is also a window cleaner who cleans your windows every week, ( he was great ). Restaurant - was chaotic at times due to lack of space. you had to queue at breakfast, wait to be shown to a table - opens 7.30 am - 10.00 am. for Breakfast. 7.00 pm - 9.30 pm. For Dinner. BREAKFAST - bacon, scrambled, fried, & boiled eggs, beans, sausages, mushrooms, potatas bravas, tomatoes, cooked meats & cheeses, fruit, salad, yogurt, cereals, chorros & chocolate sauce. Breads, toast, pastries. Don Simon juices, freshly ground coffee - BEST EVER !! DINNER - Soup, salads, about 4 hot choices of meat & fish, a few veg, chips, rice, couscous, pasta. Nice choice of desserts, 3 ice cream choices, fruit. FREE WATER - a nice touch thank you. On the top floor - Swimming pool, sunbeds, outside seating areas, sauna, gym, tv room, reading room, free reading books, to borrow - not many English books. Table tennis, pool table, internet area, Bar & coffee area - popular on a night time. Luggage Room, plenty of seats in reception. We would recommend this Hotel as it was the cheapest in it's class, we have booked to come back next year. Thank You for an enjoyable stay.
