This place is mind blowing. I’ve stayed in two occasions and two different types of rooms and both are amazing. Restaurant is great, bar excellent, breakfast to die for. Overall hospitality is one the best. And the location…can’t beat that. It’s 2 minutes from where everything happens. Love it!!!

This hotel was outstanding!!!! I actually stayed in the room with the balcony in the picture. I was welcomed warmly and wonderfully. As I speak no Portugese they were very accommodating and we worked things out easily with Google translate. And then they set up a Whats App chat line where we were able to easily communicate back and forth. The room was very modern and very inviting. Great details throughout! There was a lovely board of snacks available for me when I entered - and a hand written welcome note!! Then I discovered that the mini bar is entirely complimentary - and it was well stocked. Breakfast the next morning was completely over the top - and included in the price. When I signed out I was even provided a little gift bag!! And all of this for a great price. I think this just may be the best hotel that I have ever stayed in!!

Small hotel, family-owned, cottage style in the heart of Gramado. Walk in distance to main street as well all restaurants. Decor is log cabin chic with a twist. Dishes are typical Brazilian cuisine and local bartender André makes difference . Bed and linens are of good quality, shower and amenities excellent

Super stay!! One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Fantastic service, room and unique concept. The staff was beyond nice! Rosy and the team at the reception, the barmen, the fantastic girls at breakfast and the amazing housekeeping service! Beyond wonderful!! I will be back because I already miss it !

the hotel is small and nice, modern design, friendly stuff. a little bit overpriced but you are still asked to pay extra 10% service fee for the hotel stuff at the end. i have never seen it before in any hotel and find it not correct. please change your price policy.

Pense em um Hotel bonito, diferente, acolhedor e com funcionários simpáticos e atenciosos. Esse é o Wood!! O hotel é todo decorado em madeira no estilo Saloon moderno e minimalista, proporcionando conforto e tranquilidade. O restaurante do hotel é outro ponto alto, oferecendo uma culinária refinada que destaca ingredientes locais e sazonais. O café da manhã é deslumbrante, com uma seleção variada e de alta qualidade. O serviço de quarto e a atenção aos detalhes no atendimento são excepcionais. Todos funcionários desde a recepção, cozinha, camareiras, são todos tão gentis, que fizeram a nossa estadia ser uma das melhores em Gramado. Em resumo, o Hotel Wood em Gramado se destacou por sua arquitetura moderna, serviço impecável e localização privilegiada, proporcionando uma experiência memorável para mim e minha esposa. Indico a todos, viver essa experiência única de se hospedar no melhor hotel da região.

Hotel excelente. Estrutura moderna e atendimento impecável. Quartos com tudo pensado pro hóspede se sentir confortável e bem cuidado. Amenities Loccitane no padrão Casa Hoteis. Roupões e toalhas macios. Café da manhã mais que completo. No conceito de “do produtor à mesa”, fabricado na casa. Itens à la carte deliciosos e com apresentação sempre cheia de carinho. Recomendo e retornarei.

Pequeno hotel boutique no centro de Gramado-RS. Super aconchegante, ótimo atendimento São 28 quartos confortáveis e bem decorado, destaque para projeto elétrico e iluminação. . É cobrado 50,00 por dia de estacionamento. Localização estratégica, é possível visitar quase tudo a pé. É muito bom ficar no sofá, perto da lareira conversando com outros hóspedes. Valeu muito a hospedagem. Recomendo.

O serviço do Wood foi perfeito do inicio ao fim. Ao chegarmos, fomos recebidos pela Júlia, em seguida pelo Matheus e por fim Estevão, e é claro, toda a equipe. Foi tudo perfeito, cama incrível, quarto limpo e organizado, nota mil. Todas as refeições foram excelentes, o ambiente é muito agradável e nós sentimos completamente em casa.
