Beautiful property great service,value for money. but far from centre.

整體的環境和設施都還是不錯的，前台的接待也很熱情，但是真的是比較吵，當天晚上有人在酒店舉辦婚禮，一直有party,音樂聲音比較吵，晚上還放煙花，第二天早晨的早餐品類比較少？

前台服務很好，附近旅遊安排車子接送，隔壁有家披薩店很好吃

The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, well attended to and the décor is nice. Breakfast is also good. The landscapes are well maintained, the parking is convenient. HOWEVER, BEWARE!!! This hotel is actually an event venue, so there is a wedding / party every night, with loud music until very late. They operate fireworks on site, which is a shock when you hear the explosions right above your head.... and NO, nobody warned us about what's to come every night.

Excellent 3 night stay at the beautiful Villa Zagare, wonderful gardens and pool. Clean, spacious and comfortable beds without outstanding bar, restaurant and staff. New Chef Gianluca presented delicious dinners with 5 star service from Vincenzo who ensured we enjoyed every meal. The reception staff went out of their way to ensure our stay was the best. The driver drove us all over the area and was waiting for us at points of pick up. We've been on holiday from NZ in Italy for 3 months and this was our best hotel experience.

How this hotel does not have 5 stars is beyond me. We reached out last minute after a terrible customer service experience at another hotel and Daniela, at the other end of the phone, was so incredible. Although there were no family rooms available they did have a brand new apartment close to the hotel free. We could avail ourselves of all the hotel's amenities (breakfast, pool, bar, etc.) throughout. The apartment was perfect, but what impressed me most was the the level of customer service. Everyone, from the team preparing for the weddings being hosted while we were there, to Elena and the team in the restaurant was attentive and warm. Thank you again Daniela, Maria, Marika and Elena for making our stay so memorable. You deserve that extra star...I'm sure it's on its way. Also, make sure you visit the Scavi di Stabbia and Pizzeria da Iolanda while you are in Gragnano.

Perfect hotel, great / engaged staff, clean, just a great visit. Stayed 4 days, will return. Guessing, I believe the hotel finances this beautiful venue mostly through weddings/parties/communes etc with its pros & cons. Pros - the place is kept in impecable shape/order; Cons - festivities into the night & pool access till 12pm. Ref pool, we were lucky as we were given access to the pool the whole day Monday and Tuesday - Luxury. Why Dangerous - exits/entrance to hotel. @ Hotel mgmt, fixing the mirror when leaving the spacuous parking and exiting onto the busy road would be a rather easy safety measure. Another one would be lighting - Yestetday your staff of four had to push a furniture piece on the road (in the dark) and up the hill, it was dark and very dangerous! We walked to the resataurant Lolanda, good visit but a dangerous walk, no fault of the hotel. Be Safe

I am trying to catch my breath from extreme exhaustion and extreme anger that is running through my veins at this very moment as we are still actually staying at this hotel!!!!!! Before I get to the worst part of this experience let me say that the staff here at the front is great I actually appreciated all the help that they provided and at times I felt they were going above and beyond I actually wouldn’t mind staying here but under one condition! to either have my own car or to not trust their taxi system. I just spent almost an hour walking home after 3 ATTEMPTS to contact a pick up! I actually waited a few minutes after the ETA of the longest point in time which the lady told my girlfriend 10 minutes so I waited maybe 13 or 14 minutes and not that point I was starting to feel very hopeless!!!! My girlfriend stayed at the place and pick up because she has a hard time walking she did have some money on her just in case if she had to call a regular cab at least I know she would’ve reached home at some point or I would’ve raced hell at the hotel and would’ve gone with the taxi cab driver to go pick her up. Everything was going great here but that just ruined the experience at this place. I hope any American reading this or anyone who is not Italian or a part of the system out here would be wise to hear this experience and make sure you either have a Plan B or if I were you completely avoid their taxi system!!!!!

A highly recommended stay at this family run hotel. Excellent service, cleanliness and hospitality. The owner and the staff always went the extra mile to provide fantastic customer service. The location is within easy reach to Pompeii and also Sorrento by train. We dined in the hotel regularly and the food is always to a very high standard. Make sure you try the limoncello and homemade gelato! We will definitely return again in the future. Thank you to Ciro, family and all the staff.

Very nice big mini suite with big terrace in an ancient style. Very clean. Pleasant staff. The dinner was disappointing. Everything was very salty. Too much! Brakfast was good. The spa was closed at December.

Mon avis est mitigé, D'un côté, cet établissement mérite ses 4 étoiles pour la qualité de l'accueil, des prestations, des plats, de la chambre, de la literie. Je mettrai même une cinquième étoile pour la qualité du massage aux pierres chaudes. Mais ce qui a gâché mon séjour et mes vacances c'est que tous les soirs il y avait soit un mariage, un anniversaire avec de la musique et des feux d'artifices jusqu'à point d'heure... Sur les quatre nuits passées, aucune n'a été récupératrice...Si j'avais choisi un hôtel de ce standing, c'était justement pour me reposer et récupérer de ma dure année au travail. et là je rentre plus fatiguée qu'au départ...

Ormai sono anni che passiamo le nostre vacanze in questa splendida struttura…il nostro posto felice. Una struttura meravigliosa , curata in ogni minimo dettaglio dove regnano professionalità , cordialità e disponibilità . Il posto perfetto per rilassarsi è questo. La struttura gode di una piscina bellissima, con un giardino meraviglioso, curato, pulito e cogliamo l’occasione per fare i nostri complimenti al personale che si occupa del giardino…sono attenti al minimo dettaglio e davvero professionali nel mantere il giardino così perfetto. Per quanto riguarda la cucina è davvero ricca e deliziosa, dalla colazione alla cena. Le camere sono pulitissime , curatissime e anche qui cogliamo l’occasione per ringraziare di cuore le signore che se ne occupano, che sono davvero bravissime, la stanza è sempre splendente e profumata. Il nostro soggiorno qui ci lascia sempre soddisfatti e con il sorriso e vogliamo ringraziare e fare i complimenti in particolare , come ogni anno, a Giuseppe e Vincenzo, sono davvero due persone fantastiche , professionali, sempre sorridenti e disponibili e allo stesso tempo simpatici…riescono a strappare sempre un sorriso. Un ringraziamento anche a Elena e Gaetano, anche loro davvero gentili e disponibili a qualunque richiesta. Ringraziamo di cuore anche le ragazze che si occupano della reception, sempre gentili e disponibili a qualunque richiesta e in particolare Marika , ormai sono anni che ci conosciamo e posso dire che è sempre disponibile e sorridente . Un grazie in generale a tutto lo Staff, sono tutti quanti l’esempio della professionalità in tutto e per tutto. Questa struttura meriterebbe più di 5 stelle , e come ogni anno rende il nostro soggiorno unico e indimenticabile. Grazie ancora di cuore a tutto lo splendido Staff!!!!

Ho partecipato ad un matrimonio nel mese di luglio ed ho trovato tutta l'accoglienza, semplicemente fantastica e professionale. Ottimi i piatti serviti. Complimenti a tutti ! Ho notato tra l'altro che vi è anche la possibilità di un soggiorno che sicuramente resta nei miei pensieri.

Siamo ritornati all' hotel le Zagare a Gragnano perché volevamo un posto tranquillo per riposare dopo avere visitato Napoli. Si partiva al mattino con i mezzi pubblici e si tornava alla sera . L' ideale per questa esperienza . Alla sera dopo un ottimo pasto in loco e grazie al valido aiuto delle signorine della reception pronti a ripartire .Tutto il personale dell' hotel molto gentile e disponibile .
