We've been with my husband in this wonderful place! An excellent service, perfect cleanliness and the hotel workers all super friendly! It has a wonderful spa and the food in their restaurant is delicious. Everything really impeccable! I highly recommend it for any type of trip, with a partner, friends, family. So worth it, hopefully will be back next year.

So let me start, I will definitely come back. If the hotel communicated pro actively, there wouldn’t have been a bad review. What happened is that I booked a room 1 month prior to my holiday. On the day I arrived I was notified the hotel was overbooked and I was redirected to the Alpina hotel. Alpina was a okay hotel, but not compared to what I payed for. I first had to complain before the offered a solution with an upgrade. The upgrade was very nice, but I find it disappointing that I had to be confronted with a passive hotel. A hotel, tried to set me off with staying in a lesser hotel for the same price. Positive things about the hotel; breakfast is extensive, very friendly and helpful staff, awesome facilities with sauna and very comfortable and nice decorated rooms.

Siamo stati solo una notte in questo hotel, stanza confortevole così come un ottima colazione e una bella Spa per potersi rilassare. Come sempre ci sono dei piccoli difetti di manutenzione che potrebbero essere risolti con un più attento controllo. Forse sono anche troppo pignolo

L’hôtel est très bien, bien rénové et bien situé, les chambres sont confortables et jolies. En revanche, une partie du service laisse vraiment à désirer. Les serveurs sont gentils et agréables, mais le cadre posé est, lui, très désagréable. Exemples: - Pour le souper, on nous informe qu’une table est réservée pour 20:00 et qu’elle ne sera gardée que 10 min si nous ne sommes pas là… (arrivés à l’heure, nous constatons nombreuses autres tables vides, sans nouveaux clients… le stress était-il utile?) - le petit déjeuner se termine à 10:00. nous demandons un café à 10:04, qui nous est d’abord refusé (« le dej se termine à 10:00 »), pour nous être finalement quand même servi… le refus initial était-il utile ? - pas d’information donnée sur l’heure du check-out, nous partons de l’idée que c’est à 12:00. Encore en chambre, qqn frappe fort à la porte à 11.15. Nous ouvrons la porte, mais personne n’est là… Bref, un service sans élégance ni orientation client. Fort dommage.

Schönes gemütliches Hotel mit tollen Ambiente. Schöner Aufenthaltsraum nach dem Skifahren oder am Abend mit Feuerstelle in der Mitte. Heimelig und sehr gemütlich mit freundlichem Personal. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, gut eingerichtet, haben genügend Platz. Gute Auswahl beim Frühstück. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt zum Skifahren. 2-3 Minuten zu Fuss zur Gondel und sehr zentral in Grächen. Grosser Skiraum und die Skischuhe können getrocknet und gewärmt werden. Parkplätze zum Teil beim Hotel vorhanden, auf jeden Fall aber im Voraus reservieren. Sonst in den Parkhäuser im Gehdistanz.

Als erstes möchte ich erwähnen wenn ich 0 Sterne geben könnte dann würde ich das. Wir sind schon das 3. mal in diesem Hotel und zu den Vorjahren war es richtig schlimm. Es fing an dass gewisse Gäste HALBPENSION hatten und andere war es nicht mehr möglich wie wir. Kommunikation fand nie statt. Kein einziger Mitarbeiter des Hotels konnte Deutsch (ausser die freundliche Dame am Empfang) und der Hotelmanager. Die 2 Abendessen im Restaurant mit dem Flambé war ein sehr ungenügend. Sehr kleine Portionen, Qualität des Fleisches schlecht und vorallem SEHR teuer. Ein Pilzrisotto für 37 Fr. sehr unverschämnd. man musste mehrmals ermahnen was man bestellt hat. sehr lange wartezeiten. und die PREISE völlig überteuert für die Qualität. Beim Frühstück ging es weiter. Wenig Auswahl an Brot und es hatte nie genug. Der Hotelmanager ging zur Bäckerei um Brot zu holen nachdem wir ihm gesagt haben ob es noch Brot dieser Sorte hätte. Manchmal hatte es auch zuwenig Geschirr und auf ein Kaffee haben wir auch X-Male gewartet. Das bestellen der Eier hat nicht funktioniert wir haben immer das falsche erhalten. Das Personal zeigte keine Freude an der Arbeit und auch keine Lust und Motivation was ich sehr schade finde.....weiss gar nicht was ich noch mehr schreiben sollte...ich würde das Hotel niemand mehr empfehlen...und aus meiner Sicht ist der Hotelmanager völlig überfordert mit der Situation.

Accueil très sympathique. Jolie chambre propre et tranquille. Matelas et literie de qualité. Restaurant avec mets délicieux , service compétent et attentif. Tous les produits sont valaisans. Spa (saunas et hammam) très cozy avec boissons et salle de repos. Propriétaire toujours disponible et d'excellents conseils. Télécabine à 5 minutes à pied, permettant de superbes ballades.
