Crystal Flora Beach Resort - Ultimate All Inclusive

This was my first time to Turkey, and I honestly didn't expect such an amazing experience. Let me start off by saying soon as we were at the resort, Mr Ilham straight away came to us and reassured where our room would be, when it will be done by (no longer than a 30m wait) and guided us where the food was. It can be a little stressful arriving at a resort and seeing everyone know where everything is while you're so lost! However, Mr Ilham did an incredible job to make us feel at home. The rooms were also extremely comfy, the WiFi worked (90% of the time) except rooms like the Gym, or Spa centre. If you love tennis or ping pong, they have this which was a very fun activity to do when feeling a little bored or tired of the sun. The place is extremely clean, the food buffet was hygenic and kept up to perfect standards at all times. The place truly felt at home. It has no flaws and wouldn't change anything about the place. A great trip, a great week with the family and a great experience overall. Me and my mum hate bathrooms that isn't our house. Having such bad experiences in other countries, I can safely say Crystal Flora's hygiene of the bathroom was immaculate. Oh, and one thing to mention, there are a lot of cats hiding everywhere!

We liked the place. Everything organised very well. Shows, activities kids club. Animation team was nice and newer annoying. Our kid liked to stay for some time in the kids club, and mini disco. Hotel itself clean and with nice territory. I was surprised by restaurant and bars, food always good, tasty and available. We never ever had to queue for food or any other service, what is quite common in Turkey during the high season.

First of all we would like to thanks for everything,It was a wonderful holiday for me and my wife. We chose this hotel for our honeymoon. The employees are very attentive and friendly. The à la carte restaurants,beach, and the taste of the food are admirable.Rooms are very clean To Sum up We were very pleased to be hosted

This was our first experience with Turkey and all inclusive services. We were very pleased about our choice. I very much enjoyed the sport sessions: aqua gym, stretching, step etc. The place where you do all these, near the beach, it is very cozy. The trampoline in the water....lot of fun. The food, was great. A lot a varieties. Sushi night . If you say that the food was not ok, then you are used to eat three times a time, caviar. The 21:30 shows exceeded our expectations. The lady who is in charge with the gozleme, should get a raise. We were hunting the pies, all the time. It was my husband's birthdays, and we very much appreciated the birthday cards, the cake and champagne. That was a great surprise. And I can understand the work behind it. Great tea and coffee in the cookies area. The red hair lady made a great Mojito. Nice taking a break there. The live evening quitar sessions...a blessing . The hamam bath and massage...it felt we were born again. Great work of the entertainment team. They were all over the place. Oh, the garden, all the plants. I took a lot of pictures. So alive, so diverse. One of the most pleasant seas I ever dived in. So warm. The pool also. What I would improve: -not all your guests are russian. So a minimum English vocabuly is required. -for me, it was too much food. Too much. For the " a la carte" restaurants, the portions are huge. -the room needs an update. We can talk for hours about eating ice-cream in the water, or the people that occupy all the sunbeds and they go to their room, but it is mostly about education. Educating your kids and before that, educate yourself in order not to disturbe the other participants. I will recomand this hotel for anyone.

We went to Crystal Flora resort for the second time. For me this hotel is has a great balance between price and quality. Compact hotel, friendly staff, sea in the vicinity, quality food, kids club and entertainment. Note that this is more of a family hotel, kids are welcomed here and a lot is done for them, including kids club with friendly teachers.

Sneaky manager for a little tip "helped" us with a "better room". We have 2 kids: 4 y.o. and 2 months old. We had a long flight that day, and taking care of 2 kids is exhausting by itself. Later same evening Hotel was having a "Batterfly" party, just outside of our window. We couldn't sleep at all. Managers refused to change a room for us. Why, why, there should be a party in the center of the hotel?! Why managers, seing us with trolley on hands arrange the worst room for us? In addition: wifi on the room isnt working, so I have to go to reception early morning znd wofk from there. Horrible experience I gotta say.

We spent a week at this place. It is hard to claim whether it was a good or bad experience. For me, it is a 3.5/5. I am not disappointed completely, but I would never go here again (unless some changes are made). If you are looking for a place to rest from an endless 9-5 routine then this is still a nice choice. However, if you are passionate about experiencing new feelings and emotions, being amazed by Hotel Services and offerings, and making memories while travelling, I do not recommend considering Crystal Flora Beach Resort as a place to stay. Positive findings: + Great territory. Clean, cute, and designed in a very convenient way. Enough swimming facilities for both kids and adults. Notably, a great amount of sun loungers so that you will always find a place for your stuff near the pool/sea. Water activities as well as aquaparks are also on the same level. There is a small zoo (still have no idea why they put a labrador in a cage but there are other animals as well). + Amazing a la carte restaurant with seafood. Definitely worth visiting. Astonishing location, nice service and delicious meals. (They offer beef steaks at this restaurant too) + Views and sights are incredible. 11/10 for the location of the hotel. + Spa Center is incredible. The massages are offered at a reasonable price and the quality is unmatched. + Room cleaning was nice. Now to the bad side - Horrible internet connection. Absolutely unacceptable from the 5-star hotel. In the main restaurant, the internet is only accessible in some areas. In the lobby, the connection is also unstable. The wifi connection always drops and you need to re-login. Sometimes we used to re-login every 3-5 minutes. In our room, there was no internet at all sometimes. - The canteen (or as it is called "main restaurant") is a disappointment. Firstly: a lot of flies in the restaurant. They sit on the vegetables, fruits, desserts, and other products offered there. Even if you have completed making your meal and gone to your table, they can without any hesitation follow you and sit on your plate. Secondly: the variety of food was weak. The same meals were offered at both Lunch and Dinner. After a week we had no willingness to eat there. Live cooking stations did not offer anything interesting. Desserts are just different baklava or cakes with a lot of cream on top. "Teenager menu" was just chicken nuggets and fries all the time. "Pasta with cheese" was 95% pasta and a 5% probability that you would find cheese somewhere. The same goes for other kinds of pasta. Yet the ice cream in the lobby bar was nice. Some other findings that I can not categorise as being either good or bad: ＞ A lot of cats on the territory. We have counted at least 9. ＞ Rooms are not so new. For us, it was not a problem but for someone, this might be an issue. ＞ Ordering a cocktail at a bar was always a gamble. You either get a nice drink or a hydroalcoholic parody of a mojito. ＞ Coffee at the restaurant was unbeara

Good one place with good food, really nice room service. It has live music every evening, a lot of entertainment during the whole day so you will not get bored for sure. So pleasurable spa place with 46 types of massages. On the area also located a lot of pools with fresh and clean water and the huuuge aqua park. All employees are so loyal for all ages, so you will enjoy it with your children and if you come here to warm your bones on the beach. Also! Beach is amazing too. Clean shore, soft sand and also a lot of water funs. You even can get here international diving license. At bar you can get a lot of cocktails and if they don’t have it on their menu they will listen to you and create what you want. And on this area also located small cute zoo of what they are taking care so good. Million of cute kitties on the whole cat and they are clean, kind to people and children.

First of all, the room is small, equipped with old furniture. The food is poorly diversified, for people with little expectations. Secondly, you cannot make a reservation at the a l'carte restaurant and the promised shows are not held. A disaster for Turkey.
