What an absolutely amazing hotel. We have just returned from spending a week here and already I want to go back. The hotel itself is beautiful, spacious rooms, stunning pool area, large aqua park and access to a lovely beach. The food was delicious we ate at the Teppanyaki, Scallops and Capella, Nautilus and Burger and Beer and we never had a bad meal so much choice and very attentive staff. Lots of choice in the buffet restaurant too and we also enjoyed the food at the snack restaurant. The staff go above and beyond to look after you. Massive thanks to our N guides Kabeer and Omer who were amazing keeping us up to date with everything including daily activities, making reservations and looking after us all so well. Also another shout out to our poolside waiter and waitress Caner and Ceren who kept us topped up with drinks and snacks around the poolside everyday. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this hotel again, and if you’re thinking about booking do it, it will be the best decision ever.

We had a wonderful stay at NG Phaselis Bay. The location of the hotel is lovely, set right on the beach and overlooked by mountains, and with plenty of greenery in the area. The hotel itself is spacious enough that we never felt crowded, and we had no problems finding loungers by the pool or on the beach, where you are served by waiters on rollerblades. Our room was in the most modern block, and was large and well appointed, with a well stocked (free) minibar, large double bed and powerful shower. The Aircon did it's job keeping the room cool. The beach itself is shingle and the stones can be quite sharp, so I would recommend bringing a pair of beach shoes. There are also a couple of piers with steps down to the sea, and a platform to dive from. The food at the hotel was excellent. The main restaurant served a wide variety of dishes including fresh pasta, salads, grilled meats, breads, and a wide selection of sushi was available every night. There are also snacks available throughout the day, and a coffee point which served delicious coffees, cakes and chocolates. We ate in the burger restaurant which was very good, and paid to eat at the steak restaurant. The steak restaurant was a highlight, with chef Suleiman preparing our starters at the table, and the quality of the food was impeccable. I would only say that the prices on the winelist was very high, but the free house wine was very good nonetheless. There is an on-site watersports centre which we used to go parasailing and took a ride on a banana boat. These were very well run, but again quite expensive. The entrainment in the evening was good, with a few very good shows (motorcyclists in a spherical cage was a highlight!). Our children made a lot of use of the waterpark, which has a good variety of slides for both younger and older kids. Finally a work about three staff. Every one of the staff that we encountered were excellent. They were genuinely pleased to help you, and went out of their way to make you feel welcome. We would particularly like to thank Gulbahar at the bar, Ceren at the poolside, Terek, Tansu and Kazim in the restaurant and finally Songül the lifeguard, who my children absolutely adored. We would absolutely recommend this hotel, and we would be very happy to return sometime.

NG Phaselis Bay is a superlative ultra all-inclusive hotel. It feels brand new, the rooms are modern and luxurious with amazing mountain sea and garden views. The hotel itself is breath-taking in it's size and facilities with 15+ bars and restaurants, the largest swimming pool and waterslide park ever, huge spa and not forgetting sandy beach and access via pontoons to the lovely turkish med. Incredible quality of food, premium drinks and spirits and just an amazing family friendly service ethos, with great entertainment and nightly shows, crowns this hotel as the best ultra all-inclusive resort anywhere. Stayed August 24 with 4 kids.

Beautiful hotel and the staff are just amazing from housekeeping to kids club to the bar staff to the life guards all the way through they really can’t do enough for you. The reception area is just beautiful you feel like your outside but your in. The welcome champagne dates chocolate strawberry’s and cakes were just delicious and a great touch. We paid for the hotel to pick us up and so glad we did great journey to the hotel in luxury!! The family room we had (the new bit) was very big and spacious which was brilliant-The mini bar was fab. It was very clean so thank you Housekeeping! The hotel is very tastefully done. The beach was lovely nice breeze perfectly clear sea and lovely and warm. My boys loved swimming daily to see all the fish. The restaurant there is lovely we went daily. We arrived about 10 at night and it was a lovely surprise to hear Nautilius restaurant is open 24 hours to get someone to eat if you wish. The pools are lovely and warm and the pool waiters on roller blades serving drinks are just brilliant again they can’t do enough for you delivering drinks and snacks. The patisserie is a lovely place to pop into regularly. We also went to the Japanese which was a lovely experience and meal. The daily what’s app message is a god send sending through all the entertainment for the day/night. Especially for the teenage club they text 20 minutes before each activity so they know where to be. Thank you again for a wonderful stay and to all your wonderful staff. It’s definitely one to put on your list to visit.

Out third consecutive summer holiday in this resort. Its strong points are secluded location and stunning views, making it perfect for families wishing a more quiet vacation in Kemer. We were pleased to note a considerable and visible effort to improve customer service, across the resort. We were given a complementary room upgrade and a late check out, which was very much appreciated given the large family. Additional thanks to Aida and Snejana at customer service, Nigara at main restaurant, Nur at beachside cafe, and Ali at Nautilus restaurant for utmost responsiveness and care. Our only recommendation is to continue improving the menus at a la carte restaurants (most of which operate on a fixed fee basis). Apart from this, an excellent resort and very attentive staff!

The hotel was great. Loved the location and the views, deluxe rooms are very good size and food was delicious. The hotel is very focused at Russian tourists who occupy around 85% of the hotel. The kids club was a bit too Russian so our children did not feel very welcome. We are returning next year and bringing friends so some constructive feedback: It would be nice if something could be done to the slides at the kids club which were pretty much non functional (not possible to slide down). Also there could be more cars to play with for boys as most boys were constantly fighting over them. Kids pool bar could also have a better selection of drinks as a lot of parents spend time there and it felt a bit neglected. Also hotel forgot to inform us about CIP airport service and lounge and we had to ask the last minute for an access code to be arranged. Overall it is a top quality hotel in tranquil location, bunnies and kittens hoping about are indeed very cute.

Kids club was amazing, so many activities and everyone is so friendly. Main restaurant has so much options even gluten free . Cocktails were really good and fresh at any bar of the resort with premium alcohol Plenty of sweets and ice creams aro

We have just had a wonderful stay from end of June to July for 10 nights. Hotel is amazing, staff & service is of such a high standard. You are set up on a watsapp group as soon as you arrive with designated staff to help you. They will send you a timetable every day with all day and night activities so you can plan ahead. The food & drink is excellent & the cocktails are really good. You can ask for them to recommend ones and they will make you whatever you want. The A La Carte restaurants were of such a high standard. Whilst these are an additonal cost they are worth a visit but even the main restaurant has something for everyone that even the fussiest eater should be able to find something they like with all the variety. Night time there is a Mini Disco, Child show and then adult entertainment afterwards. My favourite thing about this hotel was the unbelievable views. We had a family room with a sea view & we would wake up every morning to see the beautiful sun, mountains, sea & people on boats or paragliding. The hotel is huge & the quality was amazing. If I had to give any feedback for improvements it would be that the needs to be more baby changing facilities near the main stage at night & also that the water park could do with a bit of a refurbishment as I’ve visited other hotels (Belek and Crete) whereby the water parks are much better, but still the children had an amazing time so these are just my thoughts on how this hotel could maybe improve. Also, the mini disco starts at 8:30 and only lasts half an hour so sometimes dinner can feel a bit rushed because the restaurants don’t open until 7. I do love visiting lots of different places with my children each year, but I definitely would return to NG Phaselis Bay we have had a wonderful holiday. Thank you to all the staff for being so helpful, friendly and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. ☺️
