NG Phaselis Bay

This is how I imagine the level of service, from arrival to departure. The interest of the butler and quick fulfillment of any request. cleanliness everywhere in the hotel, wonderful nice staff, enough waiters who don't make you wait long. great food, quality mixed drinks, great evening program. this hotel really deserves to be on the first rungs. the only small minus is that it's a shame that this hotel doesn't have a beautiful beach and access, I know that Kemer is famous for that, but the perfect beach would make this hotel even higher. in july 2025 we are gong there again ( 3 times) thank you that we finally found a hotel that brings tears to my eyes when I leave

It’s a wrap! After two nights of unparalleled hospitality, I find myself reflecting on the sheer delight of staying at the Ng Phaselis Bay Resort. Though my stay was brief, it was nothing short of fulfilling, leaving me with cherished memories that I know I will hold onto for a long time. From the moment I arrived, the level of service at Ng Phaselis stood out. It’s the kind of place where every detail is attended to, and that personal touch makes all the difference. It reminded me of my very first Michelin-star experience a decade ago—a culinary moment that has lingered in my memory. After my time here, I have a strong feeling that this stay will join that treasured list of unforgettable experiences. A special mention to Mr. Mert Gurur, whose exceptional management made my visit extraordinary. He is the epitome of the “Ray Donovan of luxury resorts.” His ability to anticipate needs and create seamless experiences is truly remarkable. With his attentiveness, every aspect of my stay was managed effortlessly, ensuring that I could simply relax and enjoy. I would also like to extend my gratitude to the guide, Kabeer, for his insightful guided tour around the resort and surrounding areas. His up-to-date knowledge of indoor activities enriched my experience, ensuring that every moment was well-spent and enjoyable. Dining at Ng Phaselis was also a highlight of my stay. It was a delight to eat at one of their seven à la carte restaurants, Chef's Steak, where I could still see the excitement from Chef Suleiman in delivering an exceptional three-course meal. The artistry and passion that went into each dish were evident, creating a dining experience that was both exquisite and memorable. "I had the pleasure of visiting the lobby bar, and I have to say, the lady behind the bar makes some 'mean' cocktails! They were perfectly balanced and delicious. Highly recommend checking out her creations! Adding to the resort's allure are the crystal-clear waters and stunning views of the Taurus Mountains, which put me in blissful oblivion for hours. The tranquillity of the scenery created a perfect backdrop for relaxation, allowing me to immerse myself in the natural beauty surrounding the resort. The Ng Phaselis Resort stands out not only for its breath-taking beauty but also for its commitment to excellent service The personal touch that the staff provided enhanced my experience and every interaction was genuine, and it felt as though the team was genuinely invested in making my stay memorable I will be returning in April 2025 to host a 50th birthday celebration. I only expect the exceptional and am eagerly looking forward to wowing my party guests. With the incredible experience I've already had, I have no doubt that the team at Ng Phaselis will exceed expectations once again, making this milestone celebration truly unforgettable. His hotel is outstanding, upon arrival to departing. The service throughout the hotel is superb. Friendly staff, hotel is so clean, food was amazing and buffet to see it all behind glass and served to you instead of helping yourself, I thought thats cleaver as some people just don’t care when picking food. Very high standard. We just can’t fault it in any way.

We’ve just come back from here after 11 nights.First of all we did have a really lovely time here the hotel has the wow factor very classy, clean hotel with beautiful surroundings. On our arrival we was greeted with champagne and chocolate strawberries and check in was easy. We was shown to our room by our host Omer. Our room was spacious and kept clean. The beds very comfortable and we had the choice of different pillows from the menu. We had a sea and pool view room in the main building the rooms are very sound proof. All the staff we found to be friendly. The main pool was heated perfect for this time of year and lots of sun beds however you had to get up by 7.30 to make sure you had a decent one. As the week went on the hotel did empty out so wasn’t as bad. The beach areas were lovely and the sea very clear. We did have a beach cabana twice Ali looked after us and made sure we had everything we wanted. Our girls (9 and 6) loved the water park and the kids club. While we was here we celebrated Halloween however on 1st Nov not 31st Oct! They did go all out with entertainment and disco. The entertainment at the beginning of our stay was good however as our week went on it was very samey even our girls commented. Not sure if this is just because the season is ending. Now to why I’ve not given 5*: - firstly the food! In our option it just wasn’t 5* standard. It was good quality but mostly just luke warm and they repeat the same old dishes in the main restaurant. Fed up with cold beans for breakfast we did tell them they had no idea what we was going on about. Twice we had hot beans. The omelets were good at breakfast. We also didn’t like the fact that it wasn’t self service some stuff was but most of it wasn’t. By the time someone served u one thing the rest of the stuff on your plate went cold as it wasn’t very warm in the first place plus Russians like to push in they clearly don’t know the meaning of queuing!! Couldn’t even do a bit of toast yourself at breakfast. I get it’s to give bit more of an exclusive feel but personally would rather service my own food in a buffet restaurant. Also I felt that there wasn’t much choice for vegetarians I don’t eat red meat and ended up most nights eating same stuff. Got bit boring by the end. We did go to the al carte Chinese Resturant one night that was really good but at €50 each! I think in ur stay you should get at least 1 al carte free. The beach snack Resturant was nice food was always served hot in there. The cocktail bar was really nice enjoyed some lovely cocktails in there and we loved the patisserie shop for the chocolates. Also the food labelling wasn’t very clear our daughter has a peanut allergy we just stuck to food that knew was ok for her. She wanted some cake from the dessert stand which has NO labelling on any cakes when we asked is there any peanuts in it they didn’t understand us so we didn’t get any. I don’t write reviews however our trip was so well enjoyed we want to share it with everyone- hence this review. The hotel is set in such a spectacular location. We arrived at nighttime and was happy to have a pool and sea view, however, we were left absolutely breathless the next morning where we could truly appreciate the scenery, including the mountains. The Beluga kids club - our children were happy to spend days away from us at the kids club. They were looked after so beautifully and had so much fun. The staff - so respectful, helpful, fun and engaging. They couldn’t not do enough for us. Our NG guides were always available which we appreciated and special thanks to Kabeer and Omer for always there to assist with any queries we had. Our children were especially fond of Kabeer. Nadir always made sure we never wanted for anything when we were lounging at the pool. I wish I took all the staff members names as they are all worth mentioning for their exceptional service and attention. We could go on and on about how amazing this holiday was, our best recommendation would be to visit and experience yourself. One of the absolute best 5star luxury hotels we’ve visited. We truly loved our visit ❤️

This hotel is of a very high standard. The food is great, the staff is helpful and friendly, everywhere is clean. the kids club is great with an interesting program. I highly recommend it. the place is quiet and the view of the mountains is spectacular.
