We expected much more for such value of money. The room offered for such price was without any windows, terrible, we changed but got hot and without fridge, so we decided to ask for another but they said that they can give us better but we need to write positive opinion on TripAdvisor.!!? In fact room has small balcony, fridge and window but was more expensive. The staff tried to do the best but it is so artificial, they smiled all the time but not recognised the guest so they said hallo every 5 minutes which was strange. Also the breakfast is quite terrible.you got toast but nothing else, as they have omlette, nasi, and other Indonesian staff...the mocca Caffe deserves a separate opinion as nobody is there and the food is frozen,we ended with stomach pain after the dinner which looked great but was old. The biggest problem was with bad bugs. We got a lot of itchy signs after this stay. Also they mistaken our laundry. The price for the laundry is extremely overpriced (triple).and not good at all after jungle trekking. Of course I realise that in Gorontalo there are no so many options but it should be much cheaper for that what you get!

Thanks to all the staff at yulia hotel for a wonderful experience (especially Karin) ! The breakfast options were great, the bed was comfy, the bathroom with the transparent glass was something after all the rough nights with the niamouk we had during our holidays in Sulawesi 🌞

I had an exceptional experience at Yulia Hotel Gorontalo. I booked for my CEO purpose. From the moment He arrived, the staff's responsiveness and friendliness were apparent. Special recognition goes to Jein from the Front Officer team, who was particularly helpful and kind throughout His stay. During His visit, He encountered a minor inconvenience and talked to me about that. When I reported this to the staff, they handled it with such professionalism and courtesy, offering a sincere apology and even extending a dinner invitation as a gesture of goodwill. This thoughtful response made a significant difference and demonstrated their commitment to guest satisfaction. I would also like to extend my gratitude to Paschal Stefanus Mok, the General Manager, for the generous dinner invitation for my CEO. It was a wonderful experience that truly showcased the hotel's dedication to providing excellent service. Overall, Yulia Hotel Gorontalo exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, and I look forward to returning by myself in the future. Thank you again to Jein, Paschal Stefanus Mok, and the entire team for making my stay so memorable.

Clean, friendly staff in a great location. The room was modern, with fast WiFi access and had a very comfortable stay. I also ordered an ice latte this morning which was delicious and just how I like it.. (different compared to most cafes around the area I tried) Thanks

I stayed at the Yulia for 3 days and slept really well. Good ac, comfy bed and great customer service. Irwan who works at the front desk was really helpful! He helped me organize a hike with a local guide, I really appreciated the lengths he went to, to provide excellent service during my stay! I recommend this hotel for anyone that is passing through town :)

Excellent Service from Hotel... Clean, comfort and quite room. Smart TV and strong wifi. Placed in downtown city of Gorontalo. Good coffee too here... Got a free upgrade too... Thanks Yulia Hotels Gorontalo Will be back for sure next time.

Rooms are very good with AC, Smart-TV and comfortable shower. I would like to highlight the whole staff, which helped us in every possible way. Organizing everything we need and really cared about our comfort. Even for our further trip through Sulawesi. Special thanks to Irwan!!

Very comfortable and clean hotel room! And its very spacious. The staff is very helpful and attentive to details. Breakfast buffet is also nice with multiple choices available. Would recommend for anyone visiting Gorontalo as its located right in the city center.
