Vị trí tuyệt vời! Người quản lý Kemal và tất cả nhân viên lễ tân đều rất hữu ích. Kemal đã đặt chuyến đi khinh khí cầu cho chúng tôi và chuyến đi thật tuyệt vời! Bữa sáng tuyệt vời! Đây là một khách sạn halal và n*** cả quần legging đen dài của tôi cũng không phù hợp với khu vực công cộng theo quy định về trang phục của họ. Điều này hơi bất tiện vì tôi phải mang theo một chiếc váy để quấn quanh. Không thích phần này và việc dọn dẹp hàng ngày không tốt. Tôi cảm thấy việc dọn dẹp rất lười biếng. Ngoài ra, khách sạn đẹp và nhân viên thân thiện.

Nicest ever. Receptionists were kindest, the room was cozy and antique. It would bring you to a fantasy you migjt have in your mind about the cave hotel.

no swimming pool, no gym, strict muslin rules. it s hot in summer and we have to wear long close all the time. price is too high for the service the Hotel offers. Just restarurant and coffee shop. The Hotel is very well integrated in the environment and the terrace on the top has amazing views. If I am again in this area I will select an Hotel with swimming pool and not Halal rules.

They have horseflies in some of the rooms, that leave giant welts when they bite you. They swapped me to a smaller room and didn’t refund the difference. The bathrooms are open air so you can hear and smell your partner using the restroom. I’m not sure how this hotel got rated 4-stars. Plenty of hotels that were 3-star looked better once I got here and realized.

Services are good except the receptionist did not inform us there were hot air balloons flying on the next morning cause it had been cancelled flying for 3 days before we checked in. So we must the hot air balloons show on the hotel roof top Receptionist iwas not friendly, breakfast was the same for our 3 nights stays

Great view from the balconies. Also not far from the Goreme center. Lots of restaurants and shops around. It was a memorable experience to live in a cave. Nicely decorated and comfortable beds! We even got a hamam in our toilet! We got welcome fruits and teas. Also the buffet is abundant and delicious! They can help arrange taxis as well. Everyone were friendly esp Mr Orhan who is in charge of the kitchen and dining area. He made delicious desserts. The manager also helped us a lot and gave us tips. I highly recommend this hotel!

Wonderful experience in the cave room. The room is exactly like the photos. Each room has a name, so one can pick the exact facilities they prefer. I recommend this hotel to everyone. There was a misunderstanding about if breakfast was included in the rate. I contacted Trip.com and they quickly talked to the hotel owner and resolved the misunderstanding.

Family suite is great for 3-4 people. The room is super clean, all staff are very kind and helpful, especially Onhan. He always provides premium service, even late night when we asked for some snacks. Definitely will come back again. Thank you Ohnan!

Very nice hotel

Our stay at Sah Saray was better than our expectations. The people there make it good. Our room was beautiful and looked just like the photos if not even better. The only thing I did not like about it was that it was not spacious enough for what we paid it was a bit of a squeeze. The property overall was fantastic, the views from the terrace of the balloons every morning were so calming. The service was great especially from Samet at reception who was always providing the best service and always genuine and personalised to us. Thank you very much to Mr Kemal for arranging all our activities for us especially the balloon ride and managing to get us the deluxe flight that we wanted! :) The breakfast at the property was delicious. You have a full Turkish breakfast every morning and Orhan's service was amazing, he even served us breakfast after the time had passed on a couple of the days as we woke up late and would serve us complimentary drinks every so often. Everyone at the property is so helpful and always there to have a friendly chat with and the place itself is just gorgeous. The location was not bad we could walk to the centre in less than ten mins from the property which is great because the hotel restaurant is not open for lunch or dinner so it's great that the centre is so close.

非常喜歡這家酒店，讓我們在卡帕的體驗得到了提升。員工非常友善、敬業，有求必應。酒店處處都有很棒的細節。這是一家清真酒店，他家的飯菜絕對是我在土耳其吃到最棒性價比最高的，味道絕對不輸撒鹽哥。羊肉也很好吃，沒有羶味，要吃晚餐的話非常推薦，選擇也很多。另外推薦預訂5:30的早早餐服務，坐在天台一邊吃早餐，一邊和熱氣球合影。如果要趕早班機的話，也來得急體驗。最後離店還送了一份精美的伴手禮，總之住在這真好。

房間很特別，細節很注重，可以出片的好地方，周邊也很美。加了一張孩子的沙發床50歐，還算可以吧。酒店不錯，酒店忙於一日遊啥的，沒工夫細看。酒店餐廳餐食做得不錯。

可以説這是在酒店看熱氣球最美的一家露台，夠高最靠前面，並且能夠看到熱氣球緩緩的迎面而來。這裏的工作人員服務非常細心周到，對中國人非常友好。，房間乾淨衞生。
