We stayed in this property room 203 on 8 September 2022 for what was supposed to be 2 nights. When we checked in we already had some problem communicating because the reception doesn’t really speak English. The nightmare started in the evening when we got back to our room, I stepped on a needle-shape stone found on the carpet. Then we filled up the jacuzzi water and started the massage jet. In less than 5 minutes, the jet stopped working and the side of the tub exploded! We had a whole flood in the bathroom (see videos below) The night shift guys came and cleaned the water and sprayed some kind of glue which stinks like some kind of poison ☠️ to the broken pipe. The whole night the smell ******* us… In the morning, we met the staff/manager at the breakfast but they didn’t even come to ask anything about the tub at all. While having breakfast right next to us lol After breakfast we went downstairs to ask if there is anything they can do to make up for the experience of the tub. The reception lady’s English is bad but her attitude is the WORST! She said all they can do is give us 1/4 of our money back and “they’re gonna call someone to fix it” after going back and forth. The owner is here. He acted very nice in the beginning, until I told him we want full refund for the night. He refused and used the “ I don’t speak English” card and told us he’ll give us a full refund but get the f out of his place 😬 after we were willing to meet half way if he was willing to compensate for the first night. And now I’m reading the reviews of this property, I realised the bad smell which a lot of reviews mentioned about the jacuzzi is the GLUE SPRAY! I’m no FBI but I’m pretty sure that “ we’ll call someone to fix it” has been a lie for whatever how old this hotel is! They never fixed it properly, we just happened to be unlucky enough to witness the whole process of the broken pipe! Ultimately, we wouldn’t have minded if there was even a shred of accountability, care, and consideration for this issue. What was surprising was the complete lack of shame from the owner to the point where he even told me feel free to leave a bad review. So here I am, “My friend” (which he kept using). I doubt most people, especially in hospitality industry treat their friends like this. Thank you for spending the time to read this far, if you still wanna book this place. 1. DO NOT TURN THE MASSAGE JETS ON OR GET READY FOR A FLASH FLOOD 2. PREPARE A MASK FOR THE GLUE SPAY SMELL 3. HAVE A BACK UP HOTEL IN YOUR LIST
